Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is a very enjoyable experience, with enough content and characters to satisfy anyone who plays it. The graphics are gorgeous, the music is fun and sounds good, the variety of gameplay styles is nice with each character feeling fun to play in their own ways, and the amount of content you have in the game makes it well worth the price. This game expands on the ideas and concepts of the first game to the point where it's basically the objectively superior entry. Of course, I still like the first game more, but I cannot deny how excellent this game is. The only problem I have with this game is that the Sticker Packs, which are the main way of getting everything in the game, are quite expensive (especially compared to the first GW). Fortunately, they are still achievable without buying the coins needed to purchase them, which is a welcome surprise considering EA published this game. Sometimes the people online can be toxic players (targetting you for no reason), but if you don't enjoy that then you can host private games with AI that you can customize to your liking. The offline content is excellent, the online is nice, the game performs well with no frame rate drops or severe glitches, what more could you want? Overall, PVZ GW2 is an excellent game that's just flat out fun to play, especially with a few friends. The amount of content doesn't feel bloated or boring in anyway, making the price well worth it. If you're into fun games where you can just sit down and have a good time, get this game. I swear that it will be worth it.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was a decent game at first, but now it is nothing more than a bad, microtransaction filled experience, which is a huge shame. First, let's talk about the Multiplayer. Basically, it's a slower, more tactical multiplayer than the other entries in this franchise. That isn't necessarily a bad thing to have, but it just feels off compared to the previous games. The Operator system from Black Ops 3 returned, and how you feel about that is up to you. The biggest problem I see here is that, surprise surprise, some insanely strong guns are locked behind lootboxes in the Black Market system. Next, we have the Blackout mode, a battle royale. It's a decent experience, yes, but did they have to sacrifice the Campaign for an unoriginal mode like this? I don't think so, and the fact that they gave up a core feature of the series for yet another Battle Royale irks me. Don't get me wrong, this mode is good on its own. It's just that it wasn't worth giving up the Campaign. Anyway, moving onto my favorite and most played mode, Zombies. And it might just be the worst outing I have played here. It's not that the three maps they included are bad (IX is the best one, while Voyage of Despair and Blood of the Dead are meh), it's that they're the only maps you can play without spending 50 DOLLARS on the season pass. Really? A 60 dollar game with a 50 dollar season pass that is basically nothing more than cosmetics and a few Zombies maps? What a joke! I do enjoy Zombies, but the way they changed this DLC system to only the season pass is ridiculous. The only map that you can get separately is Classified, which is honestly a good map on the same tier as IX. But, if you play Zombies as much as I do, of course it's gonna get boring! Oh, and you thought the Season Pass was bad? Check out this Black Market system! I hated when only one specific class of weapons got a skin instead of all the guns in Infinite Warfare, but it somehow got worse. Guess what? You get the skin for ONLY ONE WEAPON. ONE. Are you joking? This is sad and appalling! This means that instead of getting that one sick costume you wanted or even a good gun, you get the same skin you just got for that Titan except it's for the Spitfire. AND there's chances of getting duplicates. Why? This has got to be the worst way to monetize a game I've seen since Evolve and its two Season Passes. It ruins what is already a mediocre entry in the COD franchise in my opinion. The Season Pass is basically worthless (even if you're a Zombies fan like me), the Black Market is a pitiful lootbox system with so many duplicates it feels like you just waste your time, and the modes in the game are meh. That's a huge shame, since the graphics and sound design are great. There was potential hidden in this game, and yet it had to be ruined by the monetization. I seriously dislike this game, and it all has to do with how worthless it feels for the price of admission. This feels like a mobile game instead of a 60 dollar Triple A title. Heck, even COD Mobile feels better, and that's a free game! This is quite possibly one of the worst games I've played in a while, and that's so disappointing. Overall, COD: Black Ops 4 is a money hungry mess. It shows how greedy companies like Activision have gotten, and the nice graphics, sound design and performance can't save the game from being mediocre to play. Do not buy this game unless you're someone who feels the need to play EVERY COD game or you're into gambling for worthless cosmetics. I'll just stick with the classic Black Ops 2 or Infinite Warfare and have fun with actual content that doesn't lock the fun parts of a 60 dollar game behind a 50 dollar paywall.

Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated is a nice remake of the original, and brings back the cult classic with only a few scratches during the landing. The visuals are nice and colorful (although some areas like Goo Lagoon can be oversaturated at times), the dialogue had nice quality (the developers reused audio from the original and just "upscaled" it to fit in with the HD environments, which is totally fine), the gameplay is neat and decently fun to control, and the music sounds pretty good (again, reused audio that was upscaled which is fine). I haven't experienced any game breaking glitches in my playthrough (as of Patch 1.02 and Patch 1.03), and had only one frame rate drop which happened in the multiplayer mode. Speaking of multiplayer, it's the biggest gripe I have with this game. The game was not built around horde mode based combat with dozens of enemies all firing at once, and this mode proves that point. I played it all the way through with my little brother, and the only enjoyable part was the satisfaction I got from beating it. Honestly, it feels really tacked on, which is a shame as every other part of the game had real quality to it. Overall, as a person who didn't get to experience the original, Spongebob: BfBB Rehydrated succeeds decently well as a remake. It's an enjoyable time, and the only real problem is the lackluster multiplayer. I recommend this game to anyone looking for a decent 3D collectathon, or any fans of the original. Just stay away from the multiplayer, and you'll be fine.

Rayman Legends is, in short, a masterpiece ****, and my all time favorite game to play on the Wii U. The visuals are astounding and beautiful, the gameplay is smooth as butter and makes it fun to control Rayman and friends, the game performs amazingly and doesn't have any frame rate drops or glitches (that I know of), and the music is very well done. The content in the game is also very good, as it has a huge variety of levels in the main game as well as most of the levels from Rayman Origins, which also remains as a great platformer, and multiple modes to pick from. The only problem I truly have with this game is that the AI when you play through the various Murfy levels is kind of dumb, but even then you can manage to rescue all the Teensies if you have proper timing and skill. Another tiny nitpick that some may have with this game is that it's somewhat on the easier side, but that's perfectly fine in my opinion. 100 percenting this game was fun, and you still have stuff to do after that with the online Challenges you can try out. Overall, this game is amazing, and if you have a Wii U (or any other console that supports this game) then this game is a must have and a blast to play through.
