The changes made over time to the game are really starting to show, although it's got a bit to go before it lives up to the final fantasy name. With a complete overhaul due late this year to coincide with the ps3 release, making it one of 3 MMORPGS playable on PS3 in English, things are starting to look up for Square Enix's biggest investment.

Game does nothing new, it's just a rehashing of d2 without all the stuff the original devs added in over time. Even the graphics appear exactly the same to the naked eye. Not that they needed to change much, but the changes they did do made the game worse as a whole. Combined with the fact that A-B has been lying about many features of the game from the start, I would give this just a below average rating. Not worth the price at all, wait on the game to sit on shelves for a few months and it will drop below 30 bucks. It's worth about 20, same as D2.
