Amazing buggy mess. If you like games that don't save and constantly crash, this is the game for you!

A real shame. I've been following this game since the first day they announced it back in 2013. Bought it day one. It was an unplayable buggy mess, but I didn't judge, because CDPR claimed they would fix virtually all bugs over time. As of April, they have ceased all bug fixes over DLC, despite the game still being a complete disaster chalk full of bugs. Sad. Sad. Sad.

I have 10k hours plugged into souls games, so I know what I'm talking about. Worst Souls game of the series. Why? Miyazaki did not direct the game. Many errors made in programming that break the game. Soul memory is a great idea that ultimately breaks all PVP and COOP. You can be hit while locked into animations. Stamina is broken. Lock on mechanics is broken. Spells take way too much stamina. Items break way too easily and cost way too much to repair. Traps are way cheaper in this game versus Miyazaki's much better personal projects. Pharros Lockstones are a stupid system.

A classic growing up, it has aged, true, but it was state of the art and scary in 2003. A must have for those who don't mind getting their hands dirty and seeing some antiquated gore graphics. Rockstar pushed the envelope for what was okay in video games and their sacrifice and dedication to gaming should not be taken for granted by all these younger gamers.

The masterpiece of the series. Nearly perfect in every way. Hated the arrow combat and the fluff missions that artificially expand the length of the game, but otherwise it was a solid game. Truly recommend stating your hero as a glass canon for the best gameplay experience imo

A farcry of it's former game. Left in the shadows by how top tier Oddessy was. They took out the fluff that artificially expanded Oddessy (mercenary general missions, etc) but ruined the combat system. It's so bad versus Oddessy where you could have a glass tank hero by endgame. They also removed kill animations for the most part and replaced them with a single kill animation per enemy type. So bad. The only thing they fixed was the arrow sponges from the last game. Great story and nice graphics overall. But otherwise I gotta say, I'm left disappointed in this sequel overall.
