Gaming Perfection. It feels a little clunky compared to modern shooters, but nevertheless I wish I could have been old enough to play this game in its prime. There will never be a better shooter. Ever.

It diverted a lot from how a Halo game should be. The unlock system was atrocious and the game was overly modernized. However, I still believe Halo 5 is underrated and it accounts for a majority of my fond adolescent gaming memories. It's no Halo 3 or Halo Reach, but it's still a gem.

A definitive upgrade from Splatoon 3, I wish this was the current Splatoon game.

i grew up with this game, Splatoon is one of my favorite shooters. This game has a lot of untapped potential and is very basic, but it's a lot of fun. This is the best casual Splatoon game in the series, though it competitively suffers from some issues. This game has a lot of problems, however they are more excusable because it is the first game in the series and tried its best, rather than blatantly ignoring existing problems or causing new ones on purpose. This game also doesn't have egregious issues that the law should step in on, unlike the Splatoon we have nowadays. Best map design in the series, most fun specials, best soundtrack, the list of things done right by Splatoon 1 that are failed in future releases is quite extensive.

I love Splatoon, I have almost 1000 hours on Splatoon 3 alone, X Rank, over level 100. This is not coming from someone who hates the game, in fact I give the franchise an 8/10, with untapped potential being the only thing keeping it from 10/10. However, this entry in the series receives an automatic zero for issues so atrocious that all players are entitled legal compensation for the emotional damage caused by this game's netcode and matchmaking so bad and so biased it should be illegal. This game is the reason we need legal regulation for netcode, game rulesets, and matchmaking. I should be sitting in the plaintiff's seat in a class action lawsuit, but as our legal system is too corrupt, this is all I can do.
