I really want to love it but the controls are just clunky and the missions aren't that good. BUT this is one of the cutest games I've seen because its just **** skateboarding birds. I have a lovebird myself and I just smiled the whole way playing as a lovebird on a skateboard, no matter how bad the controls were

It has a very and I mean VERY slow start. You take care of this orphanage for the first few chapters, sounds fun, seeing Kiryu moving on with his life is great. But doing these fetch quests for the orphans is just so tedious. The story does pick up after those first few boring hours and it gets amazing. You will be pulled back into the game like with the Yakuza games you played before this. So it is worth a play, just stick with it, it gets better.

The 80s theme is something I didn't expect but I loved it, the soundtrack is amazing. Sadly the game itself gets repetitive really fast. If you have Game Pass you should try it out.
