Very addictive fast flowing shooter. Respawn have done really well with this game and blew all my expectations out of the water, as this was my first shooter for a console (PC gamer mainly) I didn't really hold high expectations for this game. Graphics are solid and what I would expect for a game of this stature, they are very satisfying to look at. The pace of the multiplayer game took time to get used too but after a few games you realise how much the game needs to be fast flowing otherwise it just wouldn't be the same. The weapons are well balanced without any clear winners, each one is suitable for a given situation and there is enough in there to choose from and the modifications are very useful in there own way without making them overpowered. The titans themselves are something to fear when fighting but you have to think carefully when using your own as they are not overpowered and can easily be brought down when outnumbered this adds some great teamwork as you see players working together with there titans. The maps are a really good size and doesn't affect that it is 6 v 6 as I think anymore players would make the game too hectic to play. Also the audio in the game is 10/10 as there are loads of little things that make the gameplay just spot on and so immersing. The campaign is a bit weak but to unlock the other titans must be played but it does give you an insight of the story of the fight between the militia and the IMC. Other than the campaign the game is almost the perfect shooter with the DLC supplying fresh maps to keep the game interesting.

Good game and especially good value if you can get hold of it around £30. Game looks visually awesome, so much detail in the environments and the in game characters, especially in the cut scenes. The game is a standard hack and slash, one button for sword, one for shield and so on. Have to use different combos against different enemies and in most cases timing is essential. I never get bored of the executions. Enemies attack similar to Assassins Creed games but much more unforgiving. Story and setting is very fresh and well told, each level in a new environment so you are never really in the same place twice. Some nice little features in the game play which take advantage of using Roman soldiers (Like calling for a volley of arrows or advancing forward as a unit while under fire from enemy archers). On the other end of it, the enemies are a bit repetitive with not much variation between them (Some are obviously harder than others) shame really because it would be a bit more engrossing if there was some change between them on some of the levels. I liked the idea of using your experience to purchase new executions and other additions to your character but it leaves much more to be desired and could of been much deeper. The Multiplayer coop area of the game is quite fun to play but you couldn't really have the game without focusing on the Single player section. I think for those who like hack and slash the game is worth buying.
