Dispatch10
Jan 16, 2026
Immediately went in my list "things to do if i ever lose my memory".
Character writing is impeccable. Story is amazing
Humor is perfectly tuned Animations are out of this world. Dialogue is among the best i've ever heard, and overall outstandinly high quality. Dispatch is the kind of thing that makes you forget flaws are even there, they just don't matter.
Yhea having more gameplay integrating with the story would have been nice, having more save slots, being able to skip cutscenes..... Still, i'm so glad this game exist.
I Fn love sour patch kids

Shogun Showdown8

I would love to rate it 8,5
An amazing hidden gem that trails on the **** success of Slay the Spire, and successfully transforms it into a turn based ninja bonanza. This game has style, lotsand lots of it. Very easy to play, rather forgiving for the genre (won easily my first match, and climbed difficulty with not too much problems compared to other roguelikes).
But the moment you master it, the moment you start making the turns go fast and you start to combo....this game is like no other.
Breakneck action and speed, attacks flying everywhere, stuff getting annihilated, multipliers all over.... Man this game is good. There is much to polish, many little decision that could have been better, but at its core it's genius, and works really really well. Hiddengem here everybody

Clair Obscur: Expedition 3310

You can spend hours studying why a particular piece of art has so much success. What makes it good, makes it tick, makes it special. And yet when such a unique and extraordinary piece of art comes to life, some people that have the ability to resonate with it simply understand it. It's not mechanical, not techincal, not easily explainable and yet obvious. It resonates like the perfect specific pitch that is capable of **** a glass. It's way beyond my capabilities to explain why this piece of art it's what it is, all i can say is that it **** me in any and all the best ways possible. We usually call this love

You play chess, except you don't know the full rules, and cheating is a grey area....
Amazing idea. The game also goes deeper than it lets on at first, in a characteristic apparent simplicity that covers secrets and depth. Discover at your peril... No doubt someone is going to absolutely love this game, its plentiful quirks, its peculiar design, its careful and smart little gameplay choices...
At the core it remains chess, which can both be amazing or not depending on who you are.
I definitely enjoyed playing it partially, but i'm not the kind of target player that will play it to its full potential

Hollow Knight: Silksong10
Jan 16, 2026
With Hollow knight being such an incredibly acclaimed and revolutionary game, it was always very hard for a successor to keep the pace. Especially when it has been overhyped so much. Or so i thought.
Silksong makes Hollow knight feel like a demo. It expands on EVERYTHING. Combat is faster, harder, better. More moves, more inputs, more flamboyancy. Platforming is more solid and varied, map is bigger and more intricate, there is more to do, more to see, more to uncover. More lore, more enemies, more Silk and more Song.
The artistic and techincal design has been improved, better animation, outstanding sound design that integrates with the action, incredible music and compositions. It is brutally hard, nearly unfair at (many) times. A game for the fans no doubt, not one i would suggest if you didn't like or play HK. Yet, the game we wanted through and through

Lies of P: Overture10
Jan 16, 2026
If you liked Lies of P, you're going to go crazy for Overture. And you SHOULD like lies of P. It expands on everything, from story to characters to lore, to incredible weapons and new bosses, with QoL improvements in many aspects. Neowiz has shown just what kind of incredible force it represents in the gaming industry, and it's sure to prove that again in due time. Overture is everything the action fans have been asking for, and it delivers.

Lies of P9
Jan 16, 2026
With level design being perhaps the only real fault of this game, everything else is among the best experiences the genre has to offer. Combat system is squeaky clean, controls are seamless, incredible enemies, incredible weapons, amazing visuals, amazing sound design, top tier artistic taste, an incredible original story, stellar characters, amazing lore...
It has it all. The combat system is the strongest point in its favor, with incredibly tight controls and responsiveness, fast paced action, and flair like no other. Clearly Sekiro inspired, in the best way possible. Perhaps a nice genre, but absolutely stellar game overall. Superior to some From titles honestly....a must play for action fans

"It's the kind of thing that makes you glad you stopped and smelled the pine trees along the way" To call it a "game" is weird, not because it isn't one, but because then it inevitably gets compared to other medias that share the same **** nothing compares to it.

Before the ending i kinda wanted to give it a clean 8, afterwards it became closer to a 7.4
The game does a lot of things really well and it's really a work of love, you can tell. But what does it get wrong? Gameplay is the worst part, not because it's bad but because it achieves none if its own potential. The base mechanics are simple enough and yet they work wonderfully, except they never ever get expanded outside of exploration and puzzles (more on that later).
Combat is the exact same throughout, and it's painfully easy. Enemies are the exact same from start to finish You get a base attack and a dodge which is also a shove, this being the star of the combat since you can push enemies into walls damaging them and bouncing them. SOOO much potential, completely unused Exploration and puzzles: Same old. This aspect does evolve, and has some very clever and fun ideas, too bad everything is incredibly easy and basic and never dares to truly push the mechanics and the player's skill. Characters are fun, well written, colorful and with nice progressions and growth. Maybe never stellar, but always solid or really solid.
Story is another rough edge. Really really nice and well narrated, except near the end it feels somewhat rushed and the endings are....interesting. There is effort, i can see what is being done here, i just don't think it's enough. The game wants to be a little bit of Undertale, but it lacks the spark. Still, being compared to undertale should be nothing short **** achievement. World design is really nice, i love the artistic side of the game. I wish the same could be said about the level design of the dungeons, a bit lackluster. Bosses are a sad point. They peak at the second boss, making you think there will be some AMAZING stuff later. Then they regress completely, with the last boss being the lowest point of the game. Overally i really like the game. It has a soul, and it's overall fun and enjoyable. Totally recommended especially now with game pass. Will be looking forward for games from this team. And i will surely remember this game.

Ashen3
Nov 13, 2024
An action RPG with little action and no RPG. The only positive is the artistic design of the game, the optimization, and the soundtrack. The rest is a huge question mark.
I've nothing bad to say about the gameplay, because it's nonexistent. You have a light attack, a heavy attack (chargeable) and a dodge. IF you use a shield you can also block.
There is no "moveset", no combos, can't block with 2handed weapons (ridiculous), no mechanic whatsoever that isn't "attack" and "dodge". every opponent has 1 to 2 different attacks, the most shallow gaming experience there is.
If you need to use the lantern you can't use a 2 handed weapon, or a shield, can't put the lantern on the belt, UNLESS you're climbing a ladder in which **** can. Unresponsive control, unsatisfying and clunky animations, weapons that all play the exact same, no ranged option, no magic, noanything at all whatsoever. You don't have stats, you automatically increase them by completing quests, and weapon dmg is just upgrading the weapon. There is a"build" system which is just as shallow as the rest of the game, and proves to be no respite from the rest of the ever so linear game. Maps are nothing more than huge rooms with nowhere to branch off, nowhere to go, little to explore and a bunch of disappointing loot. And there is no way to tell the rarity of the loot. Characters are okish, there is an attempt at characterization which is half ofthe time either boring or not really successful Bosses are a joke. Glorified normal enemies, with 2 or 3 moves in their moveset and the pretence of a variation in gameplay, which ends up making it even worse. Ashen is a conceptual failure that tries to simplify a game formula that is already down to the essentials, making it simply monotonous and empty. When you make a videogame, make sure to have a game in there

Between 9 and 10. Stellar game.
The evolution ****, the pinnacle of action fightin, with clever and novelrogue like features in the death and age system(pure genius from both a style, narration, visual and gameplay perspective) and a fantastic storytelling and characters.
The story is only simple if you make absolutely 0 effort to understand what's behind it, the nuances of the characters.... Amazing level design, great level storytelling, and very inspired artistic direction. And the combat.... it's simply immaculate. Incredibly fast, responsive, brutal and precise. You start from dying to a couple of goons, to annihilating a room full of fighters without getting touched. Go watch videos of Sifu from Ongbal, to understand the potential of this game. It's better than films, AND IT'S YOU DOING IT. There is no button that you can press that plays the game for you, it's all hard work and dedication. Few minor problems and questionable decisions, which get drowned in a shower of dopamine and satisfaction.
