It mostly succeeds in the chances that it takes, most notably, that we’ll be interested in these two as people, and not just drawn to the regular action sequences. Through all of it, it’s evident that these two are actually pretty nice people who genuinely care about each other. I’ll have to admit, however, that the music is my favorite part.
