This game improved in almost every way over the original; however, the ending with the final boss just ****, and chapter 13 feels like filler. That said, this is the game where the modern-day story peaked
This has one of the best stories in the AC series but also one of the most empty ones with the only real things to do being the campaign and collectibles the main problem is that to make it work without having to worry about crashing, stuttering or freezing you have to mess with your computers settings and while I would say its genuinely worth it I am also a fan of the older AC games
The switch version of this game is almost unplayable in the beginning it crashed 20 times in a single part that is super early in the game if you manage to get past it still stutters, freezes and crashes a lot but at some point before the halfway marker it becomes playable and genuinely fun because well its Batman Arkham Knight I cant really suggest this version of this game at all its ugly it plays worst and the crashing and freezing of the game were just awful until it almost completely stopped at the halfway point of the game
The game is fun and interesting but there are almost no players the good news is that you can play missions solo and players can join mid match so if you really want to play the game you can
The game is just boring that's its main issue. The maps are too large so half of the match is just you going around a giant empty map, doing nothing but gathering resources since the maps are so large and there are only a total of 6 players in a match the Art style and character models are just generic feeling they aren't ugly or anything just very generic and forgettable and the game itself feels like they just looked at a bunch of games and decided to put together in a single game like the devs were thinking "oh Overwatch was good so it will be a hero shooter but Fortnite is popular so lets make the player gather resources and oh apex is great so why not add stuff from that" and its just not very fun because of it there is potential but it just isn't fleshed out and needed more work The tutorial ****, you don't really learn how to play besides the controls, and after it they give you the option to watch a more detailed explanation in a video, but I doubt most people will even click on it because they want to play the game and because of that chances are the first game wont be enjoyable since you just dont know what to do mind you after that first match I realized the primary problem and improved upon it but if a lot of people wont and they might have an awful first impression
it feels like you are playing an old mini-series special of Scooby-Doo. There are a few complaints of course, but overall, the game is short and really is fun and entertaining enough story-wise as long as you enjoy Scooby Doo
This game is one of the best superhero games ever made especially if you are just looking for a game with atmosphere and it ran flawlessly on the Switch as well
pretty fun puzzles and altogether pretty short game as well I wish there were more puzzles then there were actually are but the length prevents it from overstaying its welcome
overall an improvement over the original Lego Batman with a way better story and a good amount of upgrades compared to the previous Lego Batman, including an open world, which I think they did a pretty decent job on
This game is really just meh all it has to offer is the art style there isnt enough story or gameplay to the game but it also isnt bad enough for me to say dont play it if you arent interested
this game had a troubled development the credits says so themselves and the quality of the game says so as well you can capture outposts for the resistance and they are not fun or very hard I know this because several times I would run in and go straight to the objective and capture the base the story I think is worst then the last games and less interesting as well and the gameplay while not as bad still feels off with the aiming
A walking sim in the woods and thats about it its not bad and while you are playing it is interesting enough to enjoy the short amount of time it takes to beat the game the art style is nice but nothing really stands out imo
While it feels like it's lacking content in some ways compared to Kindergarten 2, such as Costumes and the Monsterman card game, its puzzles I found to be some of the best in the entire series, unfortunately not all the missions are built the same I felt the final quest was way too easy and frankly kind of uninteresting compared to the quest right before it and the final quests in the previous 2 games and I think the last games secret ending was more satisfying
Better in almost every way than the first harder puzzles, new and interesting characters, with the most interesting and fun from the previous game, and the dark humor is still really good, and now a card game that is surprisingly fun
Pretty fun game but the open world is empty the story isn't really important as this is primarily a comedy game and comedy is incredibly subjective so I will say that it was a decently mixed bag between funny and unfunny the gameplay is fun for the most part but I found driving the motorcycle stiffer then it needed to be while the majority of the bosses are overly easy it being harder to get to some of them then to actually fight them
Absolutely fantastic game and the beginning of one of the best Video game series to ever be made The gameplay is really fun even today and the story is also really fun to go throug
The only real difference between this game and the original version is the graphics it no longer has the awful filter that made everything kind of blend together but that is about the only change but still its a big enough change for me to recommend this over the original version
Its an amazing game the combat has been improved from the previous games and the vehicles work very well the story while flawed is still really good and the setting was very well executed
It's a decently fun game with a lot of references to older Family Guy episodes a lot of the dialogue is also reused from the series which isn't surprising for a licensed game the most surprising thing for me was that I found a lot of the humor to be funny enough to get a grin if not a chuckle or two. It did accomplish what most Licensed games fail to do, which is make me want to watch the source material In this case, that's the older seasons of Family Guy. The graphics are unsurprisingly pretty bad It's an older licensed game for the PS3, and the characters don't really transfer over well into 3D models, but the gameplay is meh if you aren't into older Family Guy you will get bored pretty fast.
its a fun little weird game the story is ok and the gameplay is meh and since its a prequel to Jak II there is the problem of none of the characters or what Daxter went through being mentioned in Jak II itself as a passing comment I would suggest you play this after Jak II and Jak 3 as it does contain some spoilers for both those games
imo this is one of the worst Telltale games and I like the first 5 seasons of game of thrones its just that I think this showcases the worst of Telltale both in game design and storytelling
Really fun and incredibly nostalgic game the story while good is a bit messily told and the open world is a bit lacking in content outside of the story the PS4 version that I played had a few audio issues in the cutscenes with some static noise that wasn't in the original this is a must-play game though imo and while I still think the original Jak and Daxter is a more polished, more consistent and well-rounded game I do think this is an overall better game albeit less polished, less consistent and less well rounded all around it basically has higher highs but lower lows
Its fun for the most part your mech is a bit slow which can make it feel a bit tedious at times and I never really got good at the Mechs combat which was fine since you are usually only using the mech as a vehicle and the story while interesting was a bit lacking imo
its about as good as the first game with some new features like being able to build things at certain aspects and an improved combat system but since you barely use those mechanics it doesn't really matter I found the story to be a bit worse albeit more consistent than the first game stories
I love the parkour puzzles they have its some of the best I have ever seen with it consistently getting harder and funner as you progress through the game and how it consistently uses things even from older abilities you got from the beginning of the game into the later stages and while that might sound normal a lot of games don't do that now and while the combat is basic it's fun until you get to the giant bosses then it just amounts to get beneath them and dodge every now and then and the story while predictable is still good
The level design is fun for the most part and I like the combat and base enemy designs but this game just fails at its bosses with almost every one of them either not being good or fun or combination of those two while final boss went on a little too long
its ok and that is about it the story is meh mainly because I don't think they did a good job conveying the message the story was going which I think was caused by how short the game is (about 2-3 hours) and I think the horror aspect was bad due to them not really doing anything with most of the areas in the game the atmosphere and locations had potential overall I would suggest this game if you are a coward, are new to horror and want to get into it, or just looking for an incredibly short horror experience
I do not consider myself an Indiana Jones fan but I liked the story and exploring the world and finding the relics but I found that they got lazy with the relics seeing as they just kept reusing the same one over and over again and I think the combat was just plain bad with the boss fights showing how bad the combat can really be and the final boss just didn't feel fair with his range
One of the best in the series and in many ways, it feels like a course correction after Gears of War 4 not in every way but in enough of what I consider matter
I have played through this game twice and it just doesn't feel like Gears of War to me but during my second playthrough I realized something that helped me understand why I dislike this game it feels like a PG13 Gears of War I know it's not rated PG13 but it feels like it to me especially when compared to the previous games making this a very unsatisfying game to play
By far the best Gears of War of the original trilogy and improves on almost every way from the previous 2 entries that said this is by far an easier game compared to the previous 2 entries and as such is a more casual game to play
