If the first game seemed good to me, this one seemed excellent to me. Improving in all those aspects that the previous one suffered. Characters with more charisma, much more to build and areas where to do it, predictable story but still manage to make it transmit you, improved graphics, improved gameplay ... If I put a downside to it is that there is a limit to build, which has made me stop playing when I could continue to grow my island to infinity ... But it is understandable by the technical deficiencies, I suppose. Little more to add, simply, a game that I highly recommend.

Visually it is very beautiful, playably it has its improvements but it fulfills very well, the story is very good, without being outstanding, but it also hooks you, especially on the part of discovering new areas, worlds, objects, constructions ... If you like to build you will spend many hours here. Bosses are a challenge, it's not just hitting the button, you have to think about it well. Music faithful to the saga, as it should be.

The different routes and their differences in history are great, giving you to understand that there are no good or bad, all with their ideals and motivations. And although it loses graphically and technically, and its gameplay is tedious at school, in the end you get used to everything because of the excellence of the rest of the game. Hours and hours that I have enjoyed as a child and that I will repeat many more times.

I bought this game for an offer without knowing anything about it and I must say that I expected more, but even so, it performed quite well. Visually I really liked it, it has a very nice pixelart. The moments of tension achieved their purpose with me, although I did not notice the fear I expected to find. The story is a big smoke, which is not a bad thing. And the music and setting do well. The story, on the other hand, kept me hooked to the end, and that means going over to the most secret parts of the game. I did not feel bored and tired of repeating certain parts, on the contrary. And the added pieces of history, while short, are interesting. 2D mode is a delicacy, and its extra to achieve the books of old games in the saga is something very beautiful and nostalgic, as well as a challenge to complete. The music is still the same as in the saga, and I love that.

Giving us the option to choose sex, which entails different love routes (not lgtbi unfortunately) with very different characters and each with their own story, some deeper than others. Citizens also have their own charisma, although in all cases they are a bit of a cliche. Playable is very good. You have a lot to do (Farm, fight against monsters, raise levels of many things, cook and eat to upload stats, hunt monsters that help you ...) and on top of that it has 3 story arcs, with a difficulty that increases significantly. As for the extras of this version, I must say that I ended up very happy with them. You have more chunks of stories told like a visual novel, and also shorter playable stories as spouses. The latter is something that is missed in the original game, since you get married and practically nothing changes. In conclusion: A game that can be improved, yes, but that complies very well with everything that is proposed, without being an outstanding one, it will hook you and give you hours and hours of entertainment, which ultimately causes you to love and hate this world. Highly recommended.

This was the game that made me know the Rune factory saga, although I already knew its main saga. I never imagined that I would like it so much. Its history will not be outstanding, but its world, its characters, its gameplay (Very good at the time) and its music ... It is that being able to spend time on your farm while killing monsters or meeting the citizens and even falling in love. .. Everything is very well balanced, always having to do and being able to choose not to get bored. Perhaps the most negative thing is the fact of not being able to choose sex, with all the consequences that this may entail, especially when it comes to being able to get married (There is also no Lgtbi option) but well, something that can be tolerated due to antiquity of the game.

This has been my first xenoblade, and my goodness ... What a great game, what a great story, what good characters, what a great way to create meaningful side missions, the reconstruction of colony 6 is a challenge, its monsters give a lot of life to the world, you always have something to do and you never tire of going back to the same places because there is always something new there. The music is so, so good. Its extra is a little lower, but still it is very enjoyable and concludes the story quite well. Although there are still many doubts, which I hope will generate more installments of the saga with the same level, because I will play them more than delighted. I loved it.
