Few small problems, but overall it is a great game, I am really suprised. I did not expect such grand advanture.

as this is an AAAA game, and it has nice pricetag, I would say this game ****. I would give passable grade to this game if it was a F2P with microtransaction store, but Ubisoft thinks this game is AAAA, and wants an AAAA price for it, unacceptable. It may be okay if bought very cheap, if you have never playerd Black Flag which is 10 years old. It may be okay if it had many ship selections/progression which it does not have. I hope this is last quadruple A game, I will ever play, we do not need these ****.

Initial reaction after playing first time: What a waste of effort of developers, waste of a coin and harddrive space. Beatiful graphics butchered by the dumbest turn based combat. If you have ever played a turn based combat game, you will understand developers did not ever play any turned based game. A ship combat in which you can not select sails (battle sails etc.) and you have to move x number of hexagons evey turn before you can shoot or use some crap ability. Have they ever not played but watched a proper sailing game, movie and read any reference about this eras ship combat, it is generaly battle sails not full speed, not about turning around each other forever, but positioning for some deadly stern rake, or keeping the wind. This could have been a master piece of a pirate game but it is worse than mobile games, imagine sail control, aimed shots, stern raking damage (where the f. is stern rake damage???), it is just horrible. As the core mechanic of a pirate game with combat, should be combat this game is awful overall, just a waste of beautiful graphics and some music. This game looks like a port royale 4, spin off, which is also a disgrace compared to port royale 3 which was released about some 10 years ago. After sinking some hours and trying to force my self: This is more of a management game about ships/pirates etc. This is not much of a sailing game, the real sailing and combat part it too much simple. The turn based sea combat relies heavy on your selected perks and rng. In a short time, you start sailing ships of the line? and start commanding 6 biggest ship with 6 pirate captains who easly level up, and become somewhat strong. You keep upgrading your already best ships, with better equipments. So you become very strong, ship battles turn into boarding minigames, in which you will be easly winning with upgraded captains and ships. At that point with all the ships/captains/crew, game turns into satisfying your captains and crew game, which requires doing certain things and avoiding some. I somehow enjoy, what I am doing and wanna play more, but the combat becomes repetetive and boring quickly. If this game offered a better combat, and somewhat smaller scale (more focused on your few and smaller ships, as pirates did not sail with 6 or more ship of the line, but sailed sloops, birgs, caravels etc.) for a much longer time, it would be in history like "Sid Meir's Pirates" but they managed to miss by a unlucky and big margin. One thing I do not understand is, there is nothing on the sea, you do not come across castaways, treasures, sunken ships etc, the game world is just empty at that regard.

It is like set of voleyball, online matches finish like 10-7, 6-5, 8-6. How many real football games have you watched with those scores? A game made to make you spend money if you wanna play online. Sad to see, I would never think that crappy Pes 2021 which is a remake of Pes 2020 to be much better than Fifa 21.

Great F2P and P2W with micro-transactions game, AFTER ONLY YOU PAY 60 bucks :) A good F2P game, you can be the best by buying lots of VC. I recommend this game for any real basketball fan who likes computer games, and who likes to give money to 2K regular basis.

This is a great C&C Generals style RTS + TPS + MO-BA. I played the game long time before, it was just OK. I tried again on March 2016, oh my god, it was a Blast! Better GFX, better game play, better on-line, better everything. I just can not believe how the Dev's improved this game. So if you like this kind of game, you can not go wrong with AirMech

This is not a game. This is some kind of mod or something. All you do is to enter many servers online, start choping heads and limbs, and also get chopped many times. What is the idea behind this? I play 1 hour and next day? Why would I play again? There is no progression, you dont develop a character, you unlock nothing, and play for nothing. I m sorry guys, I go spend my time at least in Warband, enjoy single and if I want multi, I play multi. For me this game is awfull and I regret buying this game. I do not understand youngsters writing so many positive reviews about this game. Graphics are okay, sound are good but gameplay is bad, this is not a Gladiator, this not William Wallace, this is many mad man with swords and shields running around like mad chickens.
