For those of you who love the Lonely Island music/skits/movies (**** in a Box, Tour de Pharmacy, I'm On a Boat, etc.), this one's for you. You get a lot of that same Beastie Boys inspired raps, centered around the extreme emotional swings of two performance enhanced roid raging bros from different mos Jose Canseco and Mark McQuire. At 30 minutes long, it never wears out its welcome. Now I want the soundtrack to bump in my '01 Camry.
