Created with care and a depth of focus, the series leads to a rewarding, and in some ways, unexpected story that is nothing but a win for the Marvel faithful.

This slamming action series that, you know, really feels like a six-hour movie. ... In this case, the boot actually fits, and better yet, there are thrusters in its heels. ... Mackie and Stan are natural stars, commanding each scene they're in. And while the movies established that the actors have chemistry it'll be interesting to watch that expand and mature over the course of the series.

Falcon and Winter Soldier season 1 overall review I love visual 4k ultra high definition Dolby Vision it’s loook good for the whole show the action fight kill scenes was amazing entertaining and had a story to tell and fun to watch I love Sam Bucky relationship and there were my favorite characters really carried the show and I love Torres even tho he had a small part but he going to might have a big role in Captain America 4 now the storyline you know in the first four episodes I found it fun but also boring it really didn’t start picking up for me from 1 to 4 until fun and made me more interesting and engaged Until episode 4to 6 and then Sam speech when he got done helping was really inspired in touching and it’s like definitely worthy of being Captain America and why the government does need Captain America and why Sam Wilson is the perfect Captain America and a falcon. He’s a falcon, but also Captain America. and this one makes you know Sam Wilson, special in his own ways like Steve Rogers was Captain America and he made it special now Sam Wilson made his Captain America special while also being a falcon. Which means he has a lot more responsibilities but also he’s more like he. He also is fun about it as well, but he still gets the job done. And his action scene is you know more fun and more interesting to watch. This is one of my favorite shows and this definitely helped me got ready for Captain America for brave New World. And this is why Captain America for happened is because of the falcon in the winter soldier TV show. One of my favorites and I definitely watched this again. I already watched it like three times now 5 star 10 out 10 star 96 out 100 star

Enjoyable story and character development. Too some risk and brought up some ugliness that I think they did well. I am game for the new Captain America.

Pacing that requires patience is a risky move, especially in Episode 1, and within a franchise that’s conditioned its audiences to crave nonstop action. But the methodical buildup works, subtly creating tension on several fronts.

The balance of action and story is nimble, and in the series' first episode — only one of six episodes was provided for review — seeds are planted for conflict, team building and drama of the personal and global variety.

For someone who isn’t especially moved by the MCU, a mumblecore Marvel where superheroes mostly spend their time struggling through difficult conversations as they reckon with their legacy feels kind of great. I’m worried, though, that it won’t last past my idea of what the series could be.

Once it gets its heroes together it starts to feel more confident, and interesting issues are touched upon, but so far it’s just a little routine.

The series has so much inherent potential to be a breakthrough moment for action storytelling, so long as it leans more into the unique skills of its nimble characters, and not just what makes them flashy in short bursts.

Enjoyable spinoff that develops not only the titular characters but the 'mantle' of Captain America. Shows respect to its source material by introducing a plot based around the super soldier serum, and generally does a good job of exploring it's key themes while setting up future MCU events. Fight choreography is on point, dialogue is good, and storyline is fairly compelling. The big problem is the characters of Karli and her underlings. Don't even know the names of any of them. Walker is a fantastic B-villain and the bloodied shield scene is GOATed. But the main villain **** of displaced protestors with super soldier serum is just a bit meh. I think they were going for a villain that could link to Cap's story of displacement but it didn't really land since they gave the characters nothing to do. There simply wasn't time to explore both plot points they had going on effectively, or at least, not the way they did it for this season. Regardless, I liked seeing Falcon and Bucky work together and as a setup for Captain America 4 it works well enough. 6/10

For me it felt too boring and generic. Yeah many enjoyed the story and action, but for me it was very simple and predictable.

It's incredible how poorly the show is written. It's not as over the top as Rise of Skywalker, but it feels similarly contrived and joyless. One of the many underdeveloped topics is the black experience in the US, and it has to be said, black people deserve better. We all do. What a snoozefest.
