The critics who say this is so good need to be fired And I can tell how many people like the show by watching how many times it's watched over torrents and this show gets zero

The first season was amazing, so interesting but not too overdramatised. Great watch to think about for a week after watching and then forgetting it existed.

Seriously the best doc i've seen this year. heartfelt, smart . edited so smart. and mostly restored my faith in the human race.

Right up front, this is not for the squeemish. It's real surgery performed by real doctors. Brain surgery, rectal surgery. about the same level of background depth as ER but all real.
