Watching the show brings you into their family. As a single dad raising two kids it’s help me appreciate that bad times come along with the good times and there is loneliness and heartache along with love. Writing is great in that this been very little time on Sam’s love life which would make it easy to add episodes about her breaking up and making a relationships but instead the focus is on Sam’s relationship with her kids and it goes deep.

It's like Seinfeld... except it is a drama show about nothing. The best television drama show I have ever watched and it isn't even close... the LeBron James of television drama! :-)
