정말 가위표 여자였다.130902 (1.0)-1. 각본이 말하고자 하는바는 ㅋ 그냥 뭐랄까 심각하게 읽어보라고 만든 예능같은 느낌이들었다. 느껴야할 결론은 무엇인가....2. '킬러 인사이드 미'. 말 그대로 내 속에 있는 킬러다. 쪼꼬마난 마을에서 젠틀맨이 아니면 맨도 아니라고 했던 루는 아주 당장 변해버리는데 업무상 스친 인연 조이스 때문.3. 어릴 적 집에 살았던 헬렌이라는 여자의 (엄마는 안계셨다고 했고 그럼 마이크의 엄마인가? 여튼 헬렌) 가학행위를 재촉하는 교육을 했고 그로 인해 충동적인 성범죄를 저질렀고 (얘가 6살인데 5살짜리 애기한테 범죄를 저질렀다고 나온다.. 게다가 차안에서 범죄를 저지르다가 들켰음에도 그 표정이란 .... 무슨 <케빈에 대하여>를 한번 더 보는줄 알았다.) 그 범죄는 나이많은 이복형이 대신 뒤집어써주고 그렇게 봉인되어서 착한 척 하며 그는 보안관이 되었다.마을에 오로지 2명 뿐인 보안관에 사실상 사수인 보완관은 나이들고 술에 빠져가지고 루가 거의 모든걸 총괄한다고 할 수 있지 완벽한 지배 상태에 놓인 그가 조이스를 만나 우연히 가학적 행위에 대한 기억을 되살렸을때 이미 돌이키기엔 늦어버린 악마의 수도꼭지가 열리게 되었다.4. 조이스역시 비슷한 것을 느꼈을까. 헬렌이 루에게 바랬던 것 처럼 그녀 역시 같은 해방감을 바랬던게 아닐까. 이쯤되면 루의 엄마는 왜 죽었는지도 궁금해진다.5. 흔히 말하는 사이코패스의 전형이다. 여자친구가 울며불며 쓴 편지에도 '참 말이 많아 그쵸?' 라고 한다 ㅋ 여자친구를 직접 죽이고 죄를 뒤집어 씌우고 나서 만 하루정도가 되었을 때였다. 잠에서 깬 무방비한 상태에서도 그정도다 그에게 애초에 감정이란 것은 의미가 모호하다.6. 형의 복수를 위해 콘웨이 일가를 망치려 한다. 근데 형의 복수가 맞나? 정작 형을 교도소로 보낸건 루 스스로였다. 형의 죽음에도 그다지 동요가 없다. 다만 그 스스로 즐기게 되어버린 조이스와 엘모 등등이 서서히 재미를 잃게 만들었을 시점이었을 뿐7. 에이미와 아주 잘 지내는 와중에도 문득 그녀를 죽여야겠다는 생각이 들었지만 뒤돌아 서면 이유가 생각나지 않았다 고 그는 말했다. 그냥 스스로에게 감정은 없는것이다. 죽여야겠다는 충동만 있을 뿐8. 그는 무신경한듯한 말투를 훅훅 흘리는데 자막으로 봐서 그나마 다행이었지 영어권이었으면 정말 보는내내 짜증났겠다 싶었다. 그렇게 무던하게 감정의 동요를 보이지 않는 그는 정작 자신이 죽을 준비를 할때가 되어서야 동요한다.9. 감옥에 가서도 멀쩡 감옥에서 정신과 판정을 받았을때도 의왼데? 라며 미소짓던 그가 생에 위협을 받을 때에서야 동요하는것이다.10. 진단명 사이코패스라는 책을 읽었었다. 차이는 있겠지만 사이코패스는 다치거나 아픈것을 느끼지 못한다고 했다. 근데도 생의 강한 욕구는 있다고 봤던 것 같다. 그러니까 갖은 거짓말로 이리저리 다 피해갈수있겠지11. 사이코패스는 신뢰를 쉽게 얻고 머리가 좋다. 그를 믿었던 쟈니와 밥은 그래서 자살해버린게 아닐까. 조이스 역시 그에게 그렇게 당해놓고도 그를 떠나지 못하고 다시 돌아와 죽음을 맞는다. 게다가 루가 범죄자임을 느끼고서도 에이미는 그에게 무조건적인 포용을 제안한다.12. 꽃향이 폴폴나는 루는 마지막의 순간에 자기 마음에 안들던 사람들을 물귀신 처럼 다 데리고 간다 ㅋ 하여튼 머리가 좋아.13. 여튼 감옥에서 증거를 발견했고 더이상 자신을 심문하지 않을때ㅡ 사형일까? 하는 두려움속에서 그는 자신이 죽인, 혹은 괴롭힌 여자들의 환영을 본다. 집에 불을 내기위해 준비하기 전 옷을 입을 때에도 아주 긴장한 모습을 보인다.14. 스스로의 죽음이 다가온 순간에 그의 표정이 유일하게 동요한다. 그어떤 말에도 미동이 없었떤 그 얼굴 근육이.15. 영화는 철저하게 루의 시점이다. 잘못된 행동과 잘못된 길인데 관객는 그의 시선을 따라가고 그의 생각을 따라간다. 하지만 어느순간 알게된다. 사이코패스의 생각과 행동을 이해할순 없다는 것을16. 누군가는 범죄를 옹호하게 만든 영화라고 욕한다. 하지만 정작 감독이 보여주고싶었던 것은 그런것이 아닐까 싶다. 어느순간 불일치가 되고 똑같은 눈으로 보는데도 끔찍해지는 그냥 그 순간을 느끼라는 것 아니었을까17. 정말 재미없는 사이코패스 영화를 본 것 같다. 내가 뭘 놓친건가? 아주 멍해지는 영화다.

Psicoanálisis de personajes. La primera película de Michael Winterbottom, Butterfly Kiss, es una película para recordar. Desde el principio, ha mostrado su interés por el crimen y el drama psicológicamente complejo. "The Killer Inside Me" también es una película de esta categoría y el primer personaje de la película es un masoquista que tuvo muchos problemas en su infancia. La película puede ser bien analizada con una perspectiva freudiana.

The Killer Inside Me had the potential to further jumpstart the careers of both Casey Affleck and Kate Hudson; however, the film takes a fine script and turns it into a bland and depressive dark world.

Masochistic, and anachronistic; beautiful, summery cinematography and light-hearted period (1950s) tunes juxtaposes with disturbing scenes of violence against women. Weird, but watchable.

Sadly "The Killer Inside Me", despite its few impressive tensions the movie creates, is your average sadistical porn horror.

If you enjoy watching likeable characters beaten to death, then this is your movie. Why nice actors like these folks would agree to make this movie speaks to the craft itself, where some people will take any role for money. I hated this movie!

Great Film. dark and Mysterious yet light and unknowingly distorted. Casey Affleck is brilliant in this and is showing signs of being a truly great actor.

As Smashing Pumpkins sings... "The killer in you is the killer in me." This adaptation of Jim Thompson's 1952 novel is a brutal tale of a small-town Texas sheriff's deputy who secretly doubles as a serial killer with a penchant for beating women. Lou Ford, played by Casey Affleck, is a sociopath and we slowly watch as his sexual and violent nature takes control. Affleck delivers a masterful, mesmerizing performance here. He is sufficiently chilling and devious, nailing the role perfectly, and yet finds a way to somehow evoke a small amount of pity for his character. His performance is not the only one of note, though. Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson, in particular, offer stellar performances in their supporting roles. Alba's Southern accent surprised me in its authenticity and Hudson's naive fiance is perfectly executed. The entire cast is at the top of its game. I would be remiss not to specifically mention just how violent The Killer Inside Me is. This is not the kind of gratuitous violence and sex you see scene after scene in an action film. This is dark, gritty, raw and disturbing. Violence against women, especially when sexuality is thrown in, can be a very touchy subject for some. However, the film never exploits this for shock and awe. Lou Ford just simply is who he is, as explained through flashbacks into his childhood. All of that being said, some scenes are quite graphic and could be difficult for viewers to stomach. Personally, I enjoyed the reality of the director's vision. It was a stylish and beautifully shot film, and these few scenes of an extremely violent nature were necessary. The Killer Inside Me shows us just how normal someone with violent tendencies can be. Do we really know that co-worker or friend as well as we think we do? Perhaps most of us are actually capable of such terrible acts. We are human after all. And if nothing else this film should serve as a chilling reminder of that.

A film that does not try to give the viewer a sermon about what is right and what is wrong. Strangely, you feel a certain sympathy for the protagonist although he gives you no reason to like him, at all. I found myself intrigued and captivated by the acting and the whole atmosphere that was created with a calm subtlety that has to be praised.

I highly recommend this film to anyone who isn't upset by depictions of some of the uglier things that happen in real life, or who aren't so far detached from themselves that they can't actually feel the killer that we bury deep inside ourselves, or are so dishonest that they can't admit that it is there. If you can't identify with Casey Affleck in this film you are either a liar, a coward, or you suffer from psychosis. The killer in me is the killer in you. The execution of the ending (though not the events) left a little to be desired, and the special effects in the final scene were low quality.

The Killer Inside Me was offbeat, odd, vulgar, with a pinch of good acting. The storyline was stellar, and the acting was beyond my expectations, but the movie is only good for the first twenty minutes. After Jessica Alba "died" I knew I was in for a slump.

When a film deals with such themes as violence against women then the makers best be sure they are making it in a way that at least speaks a message against such a theme. And when they are explored to the extent that they are in a film such as The Killer Inside Me then there better be a seriously big message being sent because it is incredibly confronting to watch. All I can say for this film is at least they didnâ

By the treatment from the film, i thought it will be good one.... But it was disappointing.... Its an OK film in the sense that you can sit around most of the time during the movie (at times it gets dull and boring) cz there are on suspense which suppose to be psycho thriller movie! The film doesn't take into so much consideration about the reason why the protagonist is like that except for some flashback shots.... Totally disappointing.... Acting was superb.... I should have given it atleast only for the acting but the story telling is so bad that i want to give it 0.... Jessica alba and kate hudson has done a decent job.... Casey affleck was noteworthy.... P.s. You can follow the story only if you have read the novel before hand.... Otherwise it is hard to understand whats going on, why is it happening.... Etc.
