That's Entertainment!

An outstanding, stunning, sentimental, exciting, colorful, enjoyable, spirit-lifting, tuneful, youthful, invigorating, zesty, respectful, dazzling, and richly satisfying feature documentary commemorating its filmusicals.

The prototype for now ubiquitous 50 best blabla clips ever shows is well worth a look. They really are a bunch of the best ever.

The pleasures are abundant: Gene Kelly squelching sublimely through puddles in Singin' in the Rain; Judy Garland singing Get Happy over a series of clips of her faces at all ages—the result is a joyful obituary.

Hollywood legends introduce a collection of moments from the finest MGM musicals, ranging from the first all-sound musical -- Broadway Melody of 1930 -- to the climactic ballet from An American in Paris. [02 Dec 2011, p.3]

It's impossible not to get a nostalgic buzz as the hosts wander around the old sets and soundstages, while the anthology of clips creates a wonderful sense of popular culture during Hollywood's halcyon days.

That's Entertainment won't enrich your mind, won't move you emotionally (except for maybe Kelly's classic rain sequence, but who hasn't seen that one already?) and unless you're already a fan of the musicals, probably won't entertain you much. And if you are a fan of those classics, you're better off getting them individually.
