We know these characters are going through a lot, even if we don’t always see it. And so, this short, ramshackle, shrinking movie manages to stick with you.

Clement is quite transformative. he is so nerdy in this outing and very endearing. have not heard of him before but this show definitely made me checked his other works. he is quite sexy in an honest way. this show portrays quite accurately how messy marriage can be. many couples just fall in and out of love different stages of life. it's just that most of us managed to just stay together despite the down. watch it. i almost like the kids

This is boilerplate rom-com fare with few plot surprises. But thanks to witty dialogue, strong performances and sure-handed direction, the movie’s also smart, hilarious and an absolute delight.

Strouse’s film is about the changes that occur in all relationships and about letting go when it’s time. It will probably not change your worldview about any people, places or things, but it’s a pleasant way to spend a couple hours.

People Places Things treats its characters a lot messier than most romantic comedies, which makes it delightful at times. It also makes it disappointing when the film falls into the same traps that plague romantic comedies.

People Places Things crackles to life whenever the camera turns to one of Will's students, Kat (The Daily Show's Jessica Williams), and her professor mother, Diane (Regina Hall).

The film introduces a promising romantic pentagon, only to let it float away unfulfilled into studiously benign coming-of-age clouds.

Es una película con una trama muy simple y genérica; no es mala, pero es demasiado olvidable.
