This Korean spy thriller takes us to icy Vladivostok – already a refreshingly unusual setting. And it kicks off strong: a slick extraction mission in Mahador and a wild dart setup in a smuggler’s apartment pull you in right away. The first half takes its time to build up the characters, their motivations, and relationships – only to have them collide with full force in the second half. Long story short: smart, intense, and refreshingly different. No unnecessary filler, just smooth, engaging storytelling. The cast delivers across the board, and the locations are used to great effect. Plus, there are some fun, creative touches like bulletproof glass transport boxes for people and a cold, blond Russian antagonist.
