It makes it clearer than ever before that these films are comedy. Granted, the sick kind of comedy that involves laughing at stupid people being ripped in half, but we know there are plenty of you out there.

Director James Wong and co-writer Glen Morgan seem, in this film's creaky first third, to be working on automatic pilot, but they gradually cut loose, staging one imaginative and gleefully gruesome death after another.

Final Destination 3 is insanely cool! The tension never lets up, the death scenes are creative and intense, and the whole roller coaster theme adds an extra layer of thrill. It's the perfect mix of horror, suspense, and "what would you do?" moments that keep you on edge the whole time.

Yes, Final Destination 3 is a roller-coaster ride of a movie from start to -- well, only about 10 minutes later. The fun part is over and we settle down to watch a sadistic assembly line of characters making premature exits.

Movies of this genre don't often engage fresh concepts, but you have to give Wong major points for dreaming up "tan-line flambé."

In the story's one major stroke of invention, the usual premonitions of death have been replaced with a set of photos.

With a premise as cavalier as this, perhaps director and co-writer James Wong could have found a tone more original than post-Wes Craven cynicism. Instead, he panders to viewers, allowing them to take gleeful comfort in the destruction of the stupid and doomed.

There's nothing fresh or off-beat in Final Destination 3, no talent that is struggling to get out. The only thing struggling to get out was me from the theater.

Almost the perfect Final Destination series in all, effects are awesome. Actors in the movie are natural. The roller coaster deaths are very brutal that makes the movie a perfect horror movie. It does manage the formula of horrors with brutal or gory deaths. It does good. I hope the Final Destination 5 makes an another perfect formulatic horror movie.

With the 3 the saga almost returns to the levels of the first for fantasy of the deaths and adds a little plot stuff to make the film become slightly more interesting and not the exact copy of the predecessor.

Final Destination 3 is creepy, enjoyable and better than the first part but not than 2nd part. This movie had the iconic roller coaster scene and the way deaths happened, you may get frightened. In this part, the way deaths happened it looked unlikely it would happen in real life. The direction was better than 1st part but not than 2nd part. Acting by the two main leads was good. Like the first two, you will be busy enjoying the thrill and drama and will give you blended feeling of horror, drama and thrill. Overall, will recommend everyone to give it a try.

At this point, the formula is getting repetitive, Final Destination 3 feels like a rehash of the same concept, only this time, it's way less effective, it's less of a horror movie and more of a themed ride you've already been on, just with different passengers, the death scenes are the only mildly entertaining aspect, which, let's be honest, have basically become the franchise personality at this point, story? Same but lazier, character depth? Nonexistent, chemistry between characters? Might as well be dead too, by the time the third act rolled in, i had already accepted my fate, much like the characters, only i wasn't lucky enough to get a dramatic exit via tanning bed or roller coaster, no suspense, no intensity, just the usual "here comes the next over-the-top demise" moment, and… that's it, cool, i guess, it's bad, really bad.

This is when the series starts to sacrifice a decent plot for more graphic kills. The kills are far more creative and more graphic than the previous films but the quality of the story and the acting have nosedived. It almost makes the film unwatchable.
