From the get-go, i was excited about how this movie looks, Kore-eda style, slow burn, and how it resembles **** the stories stop making sense, too run-of-the-mill. Story is not sublime, acting is really blend. There are no lines or scenes to savour. The ending surprise was kind of disgusting, much to my surprise, obviously in a bad way. I had high regard for Ang Lee because of the movie Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. But this really gives me a chance to reflect on.
