For the most part, Walsh’s gags work throughout the film. Like most political docs, the open-minded will benefit the most from what Walsh has to say, while Walsh’s DEI targets will have the most to complain about

Hilarious take of today's woke culture. If you enjoy humor and aren't overcome with rage at normalcy then this movie is for you.

It was not as good as “what is a woman?”, and the beginning is a bit hard to watch, like impractical jokers, it’s funny but cringe. About 1/3 into the movie it becomes hilarious, and by the halfway point begins to be one the most hilarious films I’ve ever seen in my life. The parts where he goes into the hillbilly south, and then the parts where he makes a renowned career politician give his black assistant cash, was so hilarious.

Hilarious movie that exposes the "anti racism" money making industry as both fake and profitable. The DEI weridos of the world are exposed as being literal self taught snake oil "experts" making up foolish rules as they go. The movie really is about exposing the truth of today

1 hour into it and I love it!!! The best part is him just talking to the Bikers and black people in a lower class town that say the opposite of what all the paid experts said.

This really fails at being a thought provoking, compelling documentary like "What is a Woman". The strength of its predecessor was Matt Walsh letting people talk until they quickly unravel into their own nonsensical discourse, and using that opportunity to pose a few more rational questions delivering the final blow to the interviewees. It created a dynamic in which the hypocrisy and lunacy of the pro-trans/anti-women argument came from the people supporting it, not from Matt. Here though, the film mostly presents itself as a series of sketches in which Matt constantly interrupts the people he showcases. They're never let the opportunity to fully express their insane world views, because Matt seems to feel obligated to insert himself at all times to create unease. Why always bring back the spotlight on himself? It creates a forced dynamic that is ultimately void of substance, which is unfortunately neither funny nor informative. At first it almost felt like this approach was adopted out of necessity, because Matt & team couldn't make the extreme opinions emerge like they did last time, but with segments like the seminar, the women's dinner, and the Robin DiAngelo interview, it is clear that they just missed the mark at creating a compelling message with the material these opportunities provided. Very disappointing. Although I did love the black dude saying that racism is bs and that love is all that's needed. Quite heartwarming (and true)!

Mostly frustrating and if at all hilarious, Matt Walsh's film about a timely topic in America is a snooze fest. When his humor hits, it gets extremely repetitive. Am I Racist? feels like a significant step down from superior movies like Borat. If you're looking to own the libs and melt your brain into mush, this movie is for you!
