The Yomawari team fills out the genre's fundamentals with quiet diligence, then lays folk horror over that village warmth and turns it inside out. The key to an easier farm happens to sit past curfew, out in the dark — so players walk into the night of their own accord. Little here is new, but neither half is ever half a game.
