Smash Court Tennis 3 is infuriating, as you must use ultra-precision timing to hit the tennis ball to the lame-brained computer.

If you like tennis games, then this is certainly well worth checking out, although it doesn’t offer too much variation from similar games based on the sport.

Smash Court Tennis 3 might not be gorgeous or pretty, but it does deliver something Top Spin doesn’t: the fun! Once again, my experience was very pleasant with this third chapter of the Smash Court Tennis franchise and I can’t go without saying that this game is good. Not great but good.

While Smash Court Tennis 3 largely fails on its claim as the most realistic tennis game on the Xbox 360, it’s certainly a serviceable game of tennis. It’s just that with three much better tennis games already out on the Xbox 360 already, there’s no reason to buy this game unless you’ve exhausted all that those games had to offer.
