Pokémon Quest is free and has, even with its limitations, quite addictive elements and even quite deep. The game is made for a more expanded audience and may not please the most purists and conservatives.

The first two hours of this game was fun, but in the end, the duplication of gameplay still makes me feel boring. Finishing this game needs too much luck instead of techniques, what's more, the silly AI always stops you from passing levels.

Pokémon Quest is really repetitive but guess what, it’s still catchy as hell. And you can play it without spending no money. It’s far from perfect though, mostly because of its poor readability.

The "Free-to-Start" TrapWhile the blocky "Tumblecube Island" aesthetic is charming at first glance, Pokémon Quest quickly reveals itself to be a shallow experience designed more around your wallet than your **** it Struggles: Glacial Progression: Calling this game "slow" is an understatement. The energy system (Battery) refills at a snail's pace, meaning you spend more time waiting to play than actually playing. Unless you're willing to stare at a timer, the momentum dies within the first hour. Pay-to-Win Mechanics: The game is heavily skewed toward "DLC Expeditions" and PM Tickets. If you don't shell out real cash for the better cooking pots and decorations that boost drop rates, you’ll find yourself hitting a massive difficulty wall that requires weeks of mindless grinding to overcome. Drought of Content: Once you’ve seen the first few biomes, you’ve seen it all. The "auto-play" nature of the combat means there is very little strategy involved. After the main quest ends, there is almost nothing to do except roll for the same Pokémon with slightly better stats.VerdictIt’s a cute screensaver, but a poor game. If you aren't prepared to pay for the "privilege" of speeding up the grind, there isn't enough depth or content here to justify the time investment.

un piccolo e semplice spin-off free-to-play davvero carino e godibile ma che esaurisce quel che ha da offrire velocemente con un gameplay loop che stanca velocemente. 5.8/10

I like the artstyle and the way of bringing pokemon to your camp but it's very grindy and the mewtwo boss is really difficult but that's just a me problem

Pokémon Quest is a wonderful experience that is easily played in short bursts and feels properly at home on Nintendo Switch in particular as it makes great use of the tablet-like aspect of the system. Those interested in this cute cube-styled world should give Pokémon Quest a try as it’s truly a delightful treat for every type of Pokémon fan.

This is a really good game, especially for a free Pokemon game. It's really just a free game that you can play for a little during a break, or for a long time. But you pretty much need to use the touchscreen if you want to use attacks faster.

An interesting spinf-off, ideal to hang out and farm. Some might consider it forgettable, but it's a nice addition to the Pokémon catalog on Switch.

Pokémon Quest proves to be a pleasant piece of gaming that is best enjoyed while doing something else, like watching TV or during short trips on public transport, due to the short nature of the experience and limited amount of free play time offered by the base software.

It's almost instantly forgettable, but Pokemon Quest is a charming and enjoyable way to fill the time before the bigger games land.

Pokémon Quest is a decent spin-off. The core mechanics showed depth, but you can fell disappointed with the unreliability of the movements and the randomness of the move change system.

Pokemon Quest can be a cute little distraction when taken in bite-sized pieces, but it’s best served with a lot of patience. It’s cute, and its systems are much deeper than they seem, but trying to build my perfect team definitely drove me a little crazy.

Pokémon Quest is, from top to bottom, a mobile game. I’m not sure why it released on Switch first, but it doesn’t feel at home on the platform at all. With an odd art style, intrusive mobile game trappings, and boring gameplay, it’s hard to recommend this watered down spin-off even to the most dedicated Pokémon fans.

un prodotto intelligente che mostra come protagonisti i pokemon in una selvaggia regione alquanto squadrata. 7,2/10

This seemed like it was going to be a pretty good game, but to my dissapointment it is just another annoying game where you have to wait until your energy is refilled.
