While its absent online features do put a small dampener on the bundle at launch, the sheer scale of this kollection and the quality of its supplementary materials make it a must buy – even for kurious passers-by who may find themselves discovering the franchise for the first time.

There is only one game I truly care about, MK Mythologies. This game is way underrated. This is the generationof platformers. MK Mythologies deserves a proper remaster with modern controls, added deleted content, and it deserves a sequel. The Story in MK Mythologies is a amazing. Everything any MK fan needs to know about before the 1st MK Tornament took place. Also, the actors did a great job with their roles. The game doesn't just have a bit of humor, but it tells the MK back story very well. MK Mythologies deserves a comeback.

In my opinion this is one the best Legacy collection ever made. I wait this moment so long to play MK original game in PC or Ps5 i. 2025 without any trouble. Really cool to see all this story from developers, i spend so much fun time to check all the stories. Really grateful for everyone who finally did it. MK4 was my favourite part. That’s for that moment. Hope u will make Legacy Collection part 2 with the rest games. Deadly Alliance/ Deception/ Armageddon

The level of care with which Digital Eclipse creates its compilations is unrivaled. Though the online suite is incomplete at launch, each game plays exceptionally well and offers a plethora of options to tweak the classic experiences to your liking. Getting excellent versions of these games in one cohesive package is great, but the true highlight is the in-depth interactive documentary and all the fun relics that exist therein. Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection is not only the best way to play these games in 2025, but it’s also the best way to peek behind the curtain and witness the creation of a modern-day icon.

As a collection of games, Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection isn't all that impressive, with many of the titles here either being downright bad or relatively redundant. As an interactive documentary, however, Digital Eclipse has delivered something rather special for Mortal Kombat fans eager to reminisce and learn more about the franchise.

Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection is a time capsule that honors the origins of one of the most influential franchises in gaming history. Digital Eclipse delivered a faithful release packed with historical content that lovingly celebrates the series’ legacy. However, its high price, technical issues, limited online features, and lack of deeper quality-of-life improvements keep it from achieving perfection. Even so, it fulfills its purpose: preserving Mortal Kombat’s history while offering a nostalgic experience for veterans and an accessible one for newcomers. It may not be a Flawless Victory, but it certainly lands a powerful blow to the heart of every fan.

The documentary is excellent. The list of games exhaustive. There’s an audio bug with online but the devs seem to be working on it and communicating openly around the issue. Great package overall. Clearly done with a lot of love.

En general los juegos que involucran cierta cantidad de sangre de por si pueden ser desagradables, pero los de Mortal Kombat son muy sangrientos e inapropiados (con cosas tan feas que ni siquiera voy a escribirlas), no sé cómo es que no está prohibido y eliminado en todo el mundo (nadie debería jugarlo, tiene cosas fuertes y brutales, en el mal sentido), que a nadie se le ocurra comprarle eso a sus hijos porque es muy mala influencia.
