Minefield is a free-to-play Minesweeper game, just a bit modern than the original. The game doesn't offer much content, there aren't any major gamemodes or anything, the only thing you can change is the size and difficulty that's it. All in all, for a free-to-play game you can't expect anything groundbreaking. The gameplay is still the same as the original Minesweeper we used to play when the first Windows came out, but this time slower and a bit more modern.

Minefield is a game originally created for computers in 1989 by Robert Donner. For the first time came to a playstation plataform and for free. The goal of the game is simple, but not easy to do, you have a panel with a bunch of cells that you can click in, in those cells you will either have a number or a bomb, or none and the squere will just disappear, if you click in one that there is a bomb in it, then you lose you win when you get all the cells without bomb revealed. When you click in a cell and a number is showed, it means that, for example, if it shows the number 2, it means that there is 2 bombs in the intersections of that cell. It requires you patience and time to get it all done depending on the difficulty. This minefield game don't have much difference between the other ones, in this one you can basically change the background image among a lot of options, and you can chose the size and how many bombs will be at the panel. This game doesn't have anything much special, even being compared to the other minefield games in pc's, but it is a nice time to play something not very conventional and that will require your brain to think and have patience.
