A game that could have been lots of things. It could have been a tribute to a great franchise that is about to celebrate its 10th anniversary. It could have been a place of reference for active multiplayer gaming that offers pure fun. Instead, it is a collection of mini-games that can be compared to a trip down the memory lane – an opportunity to relive good gaming moments, which is marked by lack of elements that can give this title its proper place into the Mario Party fandom.

Not as bad as Mario Party Advance, but this game is trash nonetheless. Plus, DK isn’t playable, there’s only eight characters, only one board, and many bad minigames (although good ones like Bombs Away, Bumper Balls, Hexagon Heat, Booksquirm, and Pushy Penguins are on here as well). This is also just a downgraded version of Mario Party Star Rush (which was meh).

Just another mario party game, with a bunch of other unfun mini games. Nothing unique, nothing special. I can play fun mini games in other main games as well, so I don't know why I would need this. Besides, Super Mario Party Jamboree Switch 2 improves on the formula.

We finally received a compilation of the best minigames in Mario Party history. While the game itself suffers the lack of other content, each minigame is as great as you remember and the Download Play function makes it a great option for multiplayer experiences.

The most savvy players will surely appreciate a playful offer like the one offered by The Top 100, never really difficult and graphically satisfying. Older players, on the other hand, would do better to look for something else to fill their evenings with friends.

Its really great to play this with friends! Has some of tne old mario party game from 2000. One of my favorite minigames is triple jump.

Mario Party: The Top 100 is a blessing and a disappointment at the same time. If the game should be praised for bringing some of the best minigames of the Mario Party series to the 3DS and features a long lifespan with very good control systems, it also focuses a lot less on the multiplayer component and feels like it lost some of its "party game" qualities.

Mario Party the Top 100 is a missed opportunity. The idea of bringing together the best of the series in a game was good but it has been poorly executed with lack of motivation to return to play. The almost complete absence of the classic board game fun is an incomprehensible decision.

Ultimately, Mario Party: The Top 100 is not an awful game. The multiplayer is fun if you can find people to play with, but even then it overstays its welcome rather quickly. The modes are shallow, the only Mario Party style board is tiny and non-interactive, and the minigame selection leaves something to be desired.

I really love this game, the music is great. The minigames are awesome and they definitely did a good job when making them 3d. Also the stylus and microphone were utilized very well in my opinion.

its a good game but only 100 minigames there should be 200 minigames also only 8 characters
