The game is amazing, i would give a 10 even, but on the switch i get every few hours a crash. It was annoying when i was in a longer quest and i could not save between the scenes and then got a crash. Nintendo is not respecting my time and this game came out years ago. Do not buy the switch version, it is a bad port

I ran into a save file glitch that corrupted about 10 hours of my progress out of the 15 hours I played. Nintendo Support was useless and referred me to the publisher. The publisher ignored my request and told they aware of the issue but they have other priorities, so a fix is not expected.I was hoping the game would work properly on Switch 2, but nothing changed. Unfortunately, the game is still ****, I spent 30 dollars for a garbage.

One of the best open world games ever made. Overwhelmingly fun, witty and well-designed

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a great game with an amazing world, story, and realism. I really enjoy the overall experience and appreciate the level of detail the developers put into it.However, playing it on Nintendo Switch 2 is just terrible. The game crashes constantly, which completely ruins the immersion and makes it very frustrating to play.I also encountered a bug in the first DLC where the calendula plant wouldn’t appear, making it impossible to complete the quest since you need to collect a certain amount of it. This could only be fixed by saving and reloading the game.Still, the constant crashes are the biggest issue and have become extremely annoying. I really want to enjoy this game, but in its current technical state on this platform, it’s hard to recommend.

It's a fantastic experience; even playing it in 2026 feels great. The RPG elements of the game are really nice. It's one of the best games I've played. The reason I didn't give it a 9 is because of FPS issues and technical problems that can sometimes be annoying.

the most mid, and bugged game ever, good concept, but very mid aplication, dialogues are often boring (which the second chapter dramatically improves), the beginning is boring, and there aren't many scenes or really engaging challenges, the gameplay idea is good but in the first chapter it is poorly applied, the worst flaw probably remains the technical sector with the numerous bugs

Getting into the game is very hard but surviving the first 10 hours and learning the basic mechanics of the game pays off in satisfaction with each passing minute! Every choice and action is reflected in the game. The world is beautiful and you can feel that you really are in medieval Bohemia where every NPC has an occupation and his daily cycle. The combat model is very demanding, even after a dozen hours of playing we will not be able to face 2-3 well-armed opponents. Every skill must be trained - that's why this game is different and difficult at the beginning for everyone. It takes time and perseverance to learn how to fight, create potions, talk to characters or open locks - progress is really visible! The story is very interesting - a medieval detective thriller. Side missions are extensive with the possibility of completing them in several ways. Sometimes there are bugs in quests or NPC behavior (the bug with the priest hiding in the forest and the stealing system can sometimes be tricked too). Jesus christ be praised.

This game is terribly broken and unfun with branching quests that lead to dialogues being mismatched and off-putting. Visual bugs all over the place, ui that lags the game, weird stilted mo-cap animations and all tons of other things that made this a truly miserable experience.

The best thing that has happened to game developers in the last 7 years! I was glad to go through it several times :)

The combat is slow , clunky and unfair. This is the game which is not for the people who have a real life too. Get good thing only works if the game is worth getting good. This is not.

A brilliantly made game, both the direct story and the story told to us in the background through NPCs or books are refined and historically accurate. A lot of well-chosen mechanics that are not new but fit the game perfectly:
- combat system that cannot be too easy, just like fencing is not easy- fatigue, hunger and weight system - well, you can't travel with whatever you want and as much as you want
- respect system improved by completing tasks, appropriate clothing or skills
- and a few others The game does have a few shortcomings, such as several stuttering or slow NPCs, automatically changing tracking on opponents, a dog that does not help unless after the fight.

Too many bugs and glitches for a bogus save system. You have to manually save with limited in-game item or your bed. If it had auto-save the rating be miles ahead but defending this broken system resets it to a 2.

What We love about games is freedom but also that our choices has in impact on the story or What We can do in the game. With beautiful art, great music and intense dialog the game keep us on our right mind the whole game

Bad game with lot of potential i made it through the main story till the quest Babism of fire and in the boss battle me health dint reset and I bleed to death in 7 seconds and the only way toheal in this game is by sleeping or potion which i didn't have and there are no crossbows even though historically bohemia was a majority crossbows using kingdom by the 15th century the only way to fightenemies is through mater strikes because anything else does literally nothing and im always overloaded and the lock picking system on console is unusable with framerate drops i hope they fix everything in the seque. Not recommend it

With the limitations of the Nintendo Switch Saber Interactive have once again knocked this port out of the park. I am playing this post patch ver 1.9.6H. I am receiving mostly 30fps consistently except for environments like the Rattay tourney. Otherwise gameplay has been smooth and combat and exploration is as enjoyable as any other console. You will receive more blur for distant objects and flat-textures as seen on Switch ports of this size. I’ve greatly enjoyed my time with KCD again on Switch although it is clearly not the best platform to play it on.

Lazy programming and extremely talented artists meet ONCE AGAIN in the world of gaming! It's beautiful and it had some good ideas. And with that, I have exhausted every possible good thing I have and plan to say about this frustrating mess of code that masquerades as a finished project. First off, it's difficult. And at first, I liked the idea behind it: Some untested blacksmiths son isn't gonna suddenly be some super godly army of one. You have to truly really use skills awhile before you're any good at anything. However it quickly becomes obvious the developers had no true idea how create *actual* challenge. So they made the protagonist the biggest burden to have ever been birthed. Henry is so inept at literally everything that I can't believe the stray breeze you see blowing the trees doesn't lead to a game over. He's a blacksmiths son, but the miller's daughter, who you play as in the DLC during the same opening as Henry, has VASTLY better stats. She also knows a LITTLE about shooting a bow. Henry meanwhile couldn't kill a fly with an army of frogs; he'd find a way to die to the fly. His strength at minimum should be up to snuff (blacksmiths son) but in reality he strains himself to even lift his middle finger. Even after training, he swings like a 90 year old man holding the Buster Sword. Of course, you could work around that if the controls are decent. The controls are not decent. The controls are so indecent they should be covered with censor bars. Even trying to explain it is gonna be a headache, but let me try: Your enemy will have a gold "star" on them, with one arm being red. This indicates which angle your slice will come in from. The game wants you to flick in the direction you want to come in from. Which in wording sounds right, but in reality it's FAR more natural to want to flick the R-stick (which you use to select body parts on the fly) in the DIRECTION YOU WANT TO SLICE. Which is what I kept trying to do despite knowing otherwise. The controls are pretty much that all the way through, from combat to lockpicking. Let's discuss object collision, something I never thought I'd have to bring into a game review. In an attempt for ultra realism, they made walls essentially bouncy castle reflectors to stop people from using jump to climb things they aren't supposed to (steep hills/mountains and such). The problem comes in with, again, lazy programming. Not only have I had an ankle high rock I tried to bunny hop over repel and send me flying back down the hill (injuring both ankles), I've had STAIRS stop me and render me unable to continue up unless I jumped over the grumpier stair step. I also injured an ankle walking (not even running) down steps. His forward momentum just carried him right out over the remaining steps and *crunch*. This game HAD a good idea and potential; the difficulty in becoming stronger isn't the issue and I'm honestly mad I'm missing that system all bc it had to be in a game whose controls and quality present far more difficulty than any leveling system ever could. It could have been good, but without the extra 12-18 months necessary for polish, it's just a waste of your time and money. If Henry were a children's book, he'd be titled "The Little Idiot Who Couldn't". If this game were a food, it would be pea soup ice cream. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

UNPLAYABLE DO NOT BUY -The low framerate makes it near impossible to land combos when in combat with more than one opponent.
-Awful awful save system where they actively discourage you from saving by making it a limited consumable, or by having to stop your fun and return to a village. You can't fix this with mods like you could on PC, this means YOU WILL LOSE MULTIPLE HOURS OF PROGRESS FREQUENTLY.
-The rain textures are so bad the game just looks like static every time it rains.
- SO many bugs. I mean so so so many. I always look them up and find that they were the same bugs that were on the PC version at its very release.

I have no idea why, but this game has enchanted me. I liked the story, gameplay, mechanics, original ideas (Bohuta or monastery quest),.. I was afraid of Switch version because Im (occasional, but in 99% cases) PC gamer and I managed to defeat Kunesh (it took me more tries, butit does take me multiple tries on PC too), so in the end the gameplayis ok (except lockpick, but that is appearently issue on any console).
