Although the game mechanic seems plain at first, something special happens when the timer starts. The visceral sensation of the timed, short, rounds combined with solid animations, power-ups and combo's makes for a great overal experience. There are quite a lot of visual themes to give the game a bit of a twist, but the real content-depth is in the progress from round to round, from run to run. Not all the powerups are equally useful, but there's so many, that it makes for an interesting run pretty much every single time.

KAZ is ridiculously addictive! The controls are super simple, but the gameplay gets intense incredibly fast, and every run makes me want to jump back in to score higher. The soundtrack and wild visuals work together perfectly. For quick, chaotic sessions, this game is an absolute blast!

KAZ is simple yet gets you to itch your urge for higher score. I love the fact that there is the no stress mode so I can take my time and not get carpal tunnel. overall a pretty neat small game at a very affordable price. A cool game and simple game design coupled with a very good price is a 10 for me.

KAZ is fun! I especially love the variety of themes, and I think it’s really cool that themes made by players themselves are integrated into the game, with each artist properly credited. The visual effects are stunning, and the whole game looks and feels like you’re going absolutely nuts on a bag of candy. There’s a lot of variety and personality packed into such a simple core concept. If you’re into roguelikes/roguelites and enjoy unfiltered, unhinged energy, KAZ is definitely worth checking out.
