As far as thrillers are concerned, few video games make it anywhere near the skillful story weaving present within the Higurashi series. Higurashi When They Cry Hou – Ch.2 Watanagashi is yet another look into the Watanagashi mystery and makes us want to know even more.

the second chapter of higurashi when they cry which is titled watanagashi, continues the story by introducing new characters such as shion, and delves into others, while the first chapter focused a lot on di rena, this chapter focuses much more on the sonozaki sisters . This is also an excellent chapter with a structure very similar to the first, with which events begin to degenerate after the festival and the basic mystery thickens more and more, and the player finds himself with more questions than answers.

SummaryHigurashi When They Cry is a sound novel. The music, backgrounds and characters work together to create a world that is the stage of a novel for the user to read. They laugh and cry and get angry. The user takes the point of view of the protagonist to experience the story. Nevertheless, this is a game, not a novel.
