Far Cry Classic

This is the way FPS games should be created.

Getting spotted behind a bush from 300 yards away and subsequently getting shot right in the face wasn't especially fun back in the day, and still isn't. It's kind of surprising that after ten years and under these circumstances, this reunion still manages to be quite a blast at times.

Fantastic to see old school on X360 too apart from PS3. Even if the game is 10 years old, it does not kill the feeling of what a true FPS should be. I actually bought both PS3 and X360 versions, ;)

Great game for 2004, but a bit old at the moment, but that doesn't make it any less legendary

The first far cry game is a cult classic but far cry classic is not as good as the original definitely one of the worst console ports I've played

Jogo medíocre, parece ser uma beta. Stealth não existe, a mira é uma desgraça, dirigir veículos nesse jogo é uma tortura e quando você pausa o jogo vem uma música irritante e alta. Pra quem é fã de far cry pode esquecer esse, é o pior de todos

This is a joke, right? Like, it's supposed to be a super corny Bond spoof? If not: this is an abhorrent waste of time. If so, it's a fun and stupid little game to fool around with. I'm going to give it a 30% because I can't tell which it is, and having to choose between a 60% and a 10% just doesn't seem fair. Objectively: there is fun to be had in this game. However, it's sloppy, silly, and irritating throughout. The voice acting (save for Doyle) is the worst I've ever heard in a video game which is why I think it absolutely has to be a parody. Even down to the finale which takes place in a volcano with a German villain with no understandable motivation, it reeks of parody but that's also why I had some fun with it. This game is funny, but only because you can laugh at it. It's such a poor experience if you take it seriously and I guarantee that if you expect anything genuinely good from this, you'll be drowning in frustration. Did I mention the voice acting? I did? Oh. Well, I have more to say. From the protagonist to the antagonist's soldiers, everybody sounds like a Stoner Bro, jus'... **** know? Man... such...*excellent*...work, bro. I just... you know? Man... It was incredibly annoying until I thought it might be a spoof and that idea is the only thing that kept me going. Thank god the rest of the series is very fond in my memories.
