Unfortunately Eiyuu Senki: The World Conquest fails to deliver the Visual Novel RPG/Strategy concept the way we anticipated. Ultimately it adheres mostly to the "harem" genre rather than the story-driven visual novel style which we are used to.

A fun strategy game with a lot of gameplay hours, and a fun and colourful cast of characters. The story isn’t particularly deep, and neither is the gameplay, but the game’s charm still makes it well worth plugging the PS3 back in for.

Eiyuu Senki – The World Conquest appeals to a very niche audience. It has very good combat, and lots of options, but most gamers, even those who love their RPGs very Japenese, will have a difficult time getting into the silly story, and boring dialogue. This game is for hardcore visual novel and strategy RPG enthusiasts only.

this game supposed to be sold in Japan only . It is improper appears in steam . this game has another GOLD version . the reason of declare war in the story obviously changed . First version there is no certain reason Japan start a war for fun . The Second GOLD version will let the other nations declare war first . to make Japan invasion looks like more justice . this is impolite on WW2 history . the main character is the symbol of Japan emperor . the others characters are all female . in another word : the big shots around the world are all **** only the Japan emperor is real man . of course it is a erotic game . of course the reason of declare war I known is to conquer the entire world all woman . it is impure but understandable . what I am uncomfortable about is I don't like male . the naked guy's big ass block my view. That's an enough reason for erotic game .

"Unify the south seas and save them from the EU" and south east asia had EU flags all over them, needing to be "saved" by Zipang. Also, Korea doesn't exist. I came here for porn, not Japanese imperialist propaganda. -__-

Pretty strange and unique game, lots of story lines, but if you like to play a world conquest risk like game with historical characters transformed into ladies , here ist the game for you.

A unique cross of visual novel, RPG and strategy with fun and addictive gameplay. Learn some historical names and geography as you delve into a fun, laid back story, with ample amounts of combat and quests to keep you occupied. New game+ gives you a reason to come back and take alternate routes to glory to test your strategic senses.

Eiyuu Senki is, of course, a very niche game, but it's a worthy one. Like Tears to Tiara 2 before it, it translates from adult entertainment into a "legitimate" game very well, on the strength of its strategy gameplay, and while you're not getting Shakespeare from the narrative, as long as you're able to enjoy these kinds of anime tropes, you're going to have a really good time with this one.

It won’t make believers out of anyone not into the genre or art direction, but for those looking to pump just a little bit more out of their PS3 should at least consider picking it up.

On the face of it, it seems almost garish, with its scantily clad female characters and eyebrow-raising plot, but deep down is a game which encourages you to think tactically and carefully. While it does take some getting into, those persevering will be rewarded with challenging and interesting gameplay, and that sense of achievement which only comes with world domination.

I highly recommend this game to people who enjoy rpgs with a touch of strategy. For anybody who has played Sengoku Rance, Big Bang Age or other games of that ilk, Eiyuusenki is just like that. For those that haven't, the game involves deploying armies/characters strategically to conquer a world map. There is a lot of strategy involved because you have to manage your finances and watch out for counter attacks. This game is also great for people who love history Not only are all the characters based off of history and mythology, but the game also features some really obscure historical allusions.

Funny game, harder than it seems. Lot of dialogue but you can accelerate its. Simply, good music, beautiful heroines, easy gestion and medium strategic level. A little bit expensive (40$) , 20$ will be a better price. I just conquer China and i don't know if you can begin the game with another nation. It's look like this game on DS : Spectral Forces.
