I hate to be brutal about it, and many younger gamers may even like this game, but I had expected a more polished product, and what I got seemed raw or half-baked.

Marred by a dodgy interface, "Toy Story 2" nonetheless knows how to flex its might like a championship weightlifter.

It's fine if you're buying it for your kids to play (which really is the purpose of "Toy Story 2"), but Activision could have done a lot to make this better for us older folk.

Repetitive voice samples from the film, control flaws, and poor floating-camera angles make many levels frustrating.

The variety of ways to progress in the game should keep them glued to the set. But be warned: there's very little here for us older gamers.

In the long run however, the troublesome camera angles and problematic control will make you want to hide this one at the bottom of the toy chest.

Overall, Activision has done a decent, if uninspired, job of porting the game to yet another platform.

The idea of this game is sound, with some good puzzles and fun sequences to play through, but this all falls apart when you are fighting the controls and the camera to play properly.

Little kids might be willing to look past the unoriginality and outdated gameplay.
