Although this is a fairly standard first person shooter style game, it uses plot and puzzle solving to offer up several different challenges to make the game interesting and worth a look.

While it lacks multiplayer and there isn't a whole lot to do once the game has been completed, Deep Fighter's 36 missions will keep the gamer interested for long enough to justify its cost.

The undersea environment it uses is appealing and fun to explore, especially since the open maps of the game facilitate fairly nonlinear exploration.

Deep Fighter ranks only behind the superb "Resident Evil: Code Veronica" in bringing mood to the table.
