Creatures of Ava is a relaxing, addictive, magical non-violent action game that requires not only deft fingers, but also intelligence and… empathy. While it’s not much to look at (the music is great though!), has flaws and can put some people off with the rather naïve hippie-ecological message, its diverse and vibrant semi-open world is well worth visiting.

Creatures of Ava has many ideas that work, but not all of them are fully developed. All in all, the colorful mix is entertaining despite some weak ingredients.

I am currently crying profusely as I type this review. This. Game. Is. BEAUTIFUL. It’s humorous, it’s visually pleasing with a great color palette and interesting creatures. Please play this game. I love the story and the message within it. I can’t rate this high enough honestly. I’m stunned.

Great game, love the concept of no fighting & that you're healing the animals & planet even though... nevermind. Anyway it's a lot of fun to discover new creatures & take pictures of them, heal them & pet them. I also love that you can take pictures of NPC & put it in your book as their profile picture with all the info, Mostly a relaxing game, difficulty ramps up at end puzzle wise & big creature danger wise, can be very annoying to cure them when they keep interrupting you. Playing music to attract creatures & have them follow you is such a cool concept & the flute sounded beautiful, lovely game.

Creatures of Ava is a fantastic monster collector adventure. The twist of saving the creatures in place of fighting them is very fresh, and all the mechanics invite you to naturally take care of the creatures and save them very organically. Game is visually and musically precious. If you like Cozy Games,short adventures or want a different monster collectaton it's a Must Have!

Though hampered by some feature bloat and minor technical issues, Creatures of Ava is a beautiful game about empathy and understanding. The animals are adorable, the characters are fun, and the sound design is top-notch! Yes, you can pet almost everything.

Creatures of Ava isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea. If you are looking for a more relaxed gaming experience with a bit of adventuring and exploration involved then this might be something that you’ll enjoy. If you want something with a bit more depth and serious, perhaps look elsewhere. Of course if you are after a game where you get to hug the wild life… maybe give it a look.

It starts really slow but then it takes up speed with the story, characters, and exploration. the gameplay definitely needs polishing and I enjoyed the last chapter of the story

(MY SCORE : 7.8 /10) Quite an exciting Action-Adventure game with a fairly large area! We become Victoria "Vic" Hamilton who must save Flora and Fauna infected by "The Withering" on Planet Ava. With the help of Ava's resident Nim'ar, Vic explores the Ava region. He is equipped with Nafitar and a magic flute that can sing music to tame infected animals. At the end of the story, Vic has to face Tehra'ba who is the last opponent in this game.
