This is a FANTASTIC GAME with one caveat. You must have an interest in emergency medicine. I’m a former medic and active scientist. So I love this game. I’m also a volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol (United States Air Force Auxiliary). I’m with their emergency services ground team and I help train cadets with our cadet program (think JROTC for ages 12-21). I would not suggest his game for just anyone, but for those who have a desire to go into emergency medicine I can’t suggest it enough. It is VERY realistic. The triage, the procedures and equipment. Even the medication is often exactly the right protocol. I’ve had cadets who hare gamers, who also wish to become medics and I often suggest this game. Basically this is to medics what a good flight simulator is to pilots. Now, if you have no interest in medicine, you’ll probably hate it. Best regards
