Whether you want to single-handedly tear your way through a horde of zombies in midevil armor, go around helping npcs, or set up your own drug lab to make mutagens for the purpose of turning your best friend into a giant mutant spider, this game has it all. I've had many fun exploits in this game over the hundreds of hours of playtime, and if you can get over the initial learning curve it will be well worth your time.
