There’s no real challenge, and Assemble with Care can barely be considered a videogame: however, fixing things with Maria is a satisfactory and soothing experience.

From a game entitled Assemble With Care, we had really expected something with a bit more heart. [Issue#338, p.115]

It’s something that’s benefited by shorter play sessions — on a train or waiting in a car. Otherwise, the story feels heavy-handed. I’d rather focus on the meditative act of pulling apart and piecing together objects, inspecting each piece to figure out how it’ll work for me.

Amei, em alguns segundos eu vi um jogo maravilhoso feito com o coração. Mecânicas simples mas divertidas, história com personagens cativantes, trilha sonora linda, um jogo feito com o coração e não coma ganância. Merecia uma sequência.

I loved this game, it's so charming and sweet. I played it in very small doses throughout about a week and it was so cute. Simple puzzles and satisfying, asmr esk noises. Would definitely recommend, although some others who have played this game would beg to differ apparently.

This game makes me mad. How do the developers manage to screw up the mechanics so bad? It's not fun, and the slow animations as well as the clunky mechanics add to its mediocrity. Don't care for the story or voice acting -- luckily the latter can be muted through the settings (which again have very slow animations). Not at all challenging, which is a shame for puzzle lovers hoping to scratch their itch.

This game is perfect for anyone with a love of stories, puzzles, and fixing things alike, but I highly recommend everyone take a quick peek at it. There’s an even balance between story and puzzle so I doubt you’ll find it lacking in any one area. Assemble With Care is truly one of the best apps I’ve played in far too long and really left me wanting more even though the story was wrapped up quite well. No matter if you’re still in your parents’ house or already having children of your own, I feel confident in recommending this game to each and every one of you.

My overall impression of Assemble with Care was that Apple has launched a service that is well worth every penny. I never had a problem shelling out money for good looking premium titles. But being able to pay for a bunch of games and playing the ones I like the look of was a brilliant idea.

A quaint game and a splendid diversion from the rest of the Apple Arcade lineup. It's not the type of game people are going to subscribe to the service just to play, but it is a wonderful supplement to the more time-consuming titles available.
