Excellent entry in the series. Nintendo finally cut the crap with this one. Hopefully this means that the days of needing to stand up and waggle your arms around like an idiot to play a game are long gone. It's not perfect, the music leaves much to be desired and the repetitive cutscenes become exhausting. I have a moral objection to publishers making you pay extra for DLC that should have been included in the original purchase, this is unfortunately a bandwagon that Nintendo is jumping on as well

It's impressive that Bethesda got Doom running on the switch as well as it does. If you purchased this expecting a PS4 or PC quality graphics on the Switch, why did you buy a Switch? 8/10 because it runs, looks as good as any Switch game is going to look and satisfies my need to murder demons with an chainsaw while waiting in an airport terminal. Take that /r/pcmasterrace

The only reason this didn't receive a higher score is because of the insanely irritating and repetitive sounds that Mega Man continually makes. I don't why this trope exists but we do not need to hear the character say the exact same thing every time he fires a charged shoot - which you will be doing a LOT in this game. Otherwise it's a great entry in the series, other punishers should take notes on how the stay true to the old platformers while leveraging the new hardware.

I'm at a loss of words for how terrible this game is. Perhaps it's the irritating and repetitive sounds, the terrible soundtrack, clumsy controls, floaty physics, or the insulting price tag. Dust off your Super Nintendo and original Donkey Kong Country cartridges of you want a *good* game. If you want to get rid of hard earned money and play an imitation of what was once a good series then this is for you.

The visuals are good, not great. The mechanics haven't changed from Mario 64 which is why it didn't receive a 0 from me. This game is great for children but look elsewhere for any form of a challenge that doesn't involve mindlessly collecting oddly shaped purple coins or moons. Unfortunately, this is simply a paint-by-numbers, unimpressive participation trophy.
