Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 26
Nov 16, 2025
The game has an interesting story that pulls you in makes you wonder what is going to happen. However, it is too linear, and none of the side quests involve any stories. Additionally, the warning that once you go sleep, you cannot play the side quests of that day makes you unable to just do main quest for a while, and then focus on collectibles/side quests, and artificially extends gameplay time with repetitive and soulless tasks. I actually think it would have been so much better if there were no side quests at all and the game would focus only on the main story, which actually has nice narrative qualities. In the end, I had some good time. I also had some bad time. But it is not as bad as other reviews say, only does not live up to its name.

It was a really nice and needed game that scratched the Telltale-like games itch. I enjoyed the dialogue and scenes in general. Story is not something that makes you think about life philosophically, but not all stories need to be. The main gameplay mechanics, where you dispatch the heroes is, in my opinion, not that impressive and there could always be more gameplay mechanics. And i believe no dialogue fast-forward is something that affects replayability. But I am looking forward to next games in the series.

Quite an interesting, nice story about real life dynamics in a small village in Germany when shamanism and christianity were still there. Showing the good, the bad, the ugly. Interesting experience for sure.

Could be so much more, unfortunately all of its gameplay and functionality is broken and you have to deal with the quirks of the game instead of the game itself.

Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One8
Mar 11, 2025
It is a nice Sherlock Holmes game. Not knowing who the real killer is an interesting choice, and there are some arbitrary "you need to go this way" scenarios, but I still enjoyed it. Maybe as a video game, it is more of a 7/10, but considering it has an obvious audience, I would say it becomes an 8/10.

Mafia: Definitive Edition8
Mar 11, 2025
It is clear that this game was one of the trendsetters, and it is such a classic mafia story. Probably not as impressive to newer generation of gamers, as most of the "new" stuff in this game has been the norm over the years. But is still good.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection9

In 2025, you can see it is starting to show age, especially in shooting mechanics, but its parkour / climbing mechanics are still one of the best. I like the story, dialogs, and playing was overall fun.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance7

It has some interesting concepts. It is a nice RPG, and you actually kind of get an immersive experience I guess? But combat is anything but realistic, it is only boring, despite some fans trying to sell it as realism. Also, for a game with so many bugs, you cannot be this unforgiving in saves. All in all, the idea is good. If execution was also good, this would be at least a 9. Worth a try.

Somewhat predictable and slow, but enjoyable story. Clunky game mechanics and control, not the greatest port. A good precursor to Detroit Become Human.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong5

I think there is some potential to this game, also having played Council from the same developers before, but its gameplay elements are limited, story is slow, character face animations are non-existent, so soulless and its game save mechanics are confusing. It could have been a nice story, but unfortunately it does not live up to its potential

Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical8
Dec 29, 2024
This is a nice musical with good music and singing, and it keeps you wondering what is going to happen next. Only thing is, this is not a game but more of an interactive musical. That is not a bad thing, but one would need to set their expectations right.

A little humorous and fun game you can complete in a short time. Nothing groundbreaking, but nice to play.

It begins a bit interesting, but gameplay is repetitive and especially the final boss battle is just doing the same thing over and over again. Basically, you are just fighting with an OP character with a massive healthbar, who uses the same mechanic over and over again. I don't see the fun in that. But it is an okay game to pass time if you do not have anything else available at your disposal.

Best implementation of the tabletop RPG mechanics. For a game with this much complexity, unbelievable acting and voicing. Very good environmental design, and a pretty good story. Game has bugs and implementation issues, especially at the Act 3 and the change of scenery and pace is probably not for everyone, but it is okay. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good story and storytelling, good environment. A bit repetitive near the endgame, and game mechanics could be better. Definitely recommend, would not be surprised if it got the GOTY.

Disco Elysium: The Final Cut8

Pretty good story and conclusion. Ending is satisfying. But there are some (in my opinion) loose ends for the side tasks, which gives a sense of "incompleteness". Die mechanics is not as well implemented as BG3, and the given probabilities are not correct. Their RNG is probably not sampling from a uniform distribution. There are some unskippable animations, which is never a good idea. But overall, it is an enjoyable and easy-to-get-hooked game and definitely should be played if you like these kind of games.

An intriguing and fun story, nice art style and music, combined with a fun gameplay. From time to time, especially when fighting with a mob of enemies, fighting your way out can be a little cumbersome but overall very fun. Unfortunately, you get some bugs here and there, though it is kind of understandable when you consider this is the first title of a very small indie studio.
