Played this game for my girlfriend, so we could talk about it, and play co-op. One night, when I went to play it, I saw that I was logged out. I signed in and was hit with the realisation that it reset my progress. This game has boring, slow, simple, and mindless combat. When a person plays an action-combat, they want something with even a minute amount of thought, or effort required to play - I never died a single time. Characters are draining to listen to, I wanted to cut my ears out, the story is alright (though I never manage to get too far), elemental advantages are quite unique, though combat itself never manage to evolve into anything beyond spamming out attacking, specials, ultimates, and thinking a little bit about type advantages. Strategy is non-existent, the game will actually play itself for you by picking what's supposedly the best charms, and weapons for your characters, as well as the characters themselves when you enter a dungeon. Conclusion: I feel scammed despite never spending money on the game. Don't defend this game.

Unending perfect gameplay in a game that people say is 50 hours. This is an amazing game for people who like combat and 2D games.

interesting puzzles, one of the scariest enemies in this franchise, an amazing story and, even better ending. GOD DAMN THIS IS GOOD!

beautiful, but unintuitive, heart-warming, but uninteresting, this game is very hard to rate because of the good parts being so good, but the bad being so prevalent. this game has no large complaints other than the first half of the game being a tutorial and it only being 3 hours long. this game will make you very slightly annoyed by almost everything but you forget about it when you get to a new enemy or puzzle. this game has more nit picks than there are people on earth, but are clouded out by the couple of great parts, fighting, puzzle, or story related. the story is simple, but does its job, and the characters are somewhat compelling depending on who you are. the fights can be fun, but some enemies can be annoying, and can make themselves hard to see. the puzzles are great and i have nothing bad to say about them. sadly in this game 30% of your experience will be running or watching a cutscene. this is by no means a masterpiece, but it can do the job for most people I can imagine.

This is the most beautiful, yet disgusting game that I've ever played. This is the best story and story telling that I've seen in a game.

It's fun but I wouldn't play it over any other modern tac shooter. The more you play the less fun it is and the more you see the sbmm be an actual disease. If you want to play a good tac shooter, play THE FINALS, it's free and underrated, it will hold your attention for a at least a week or you'll become a long time player.

I don't know what happened to difficulty in this game, but the first time i played through this it was good, and now it's either 3 enemies that can get 1 hit, or a boss that kills you in 2-3 hits, and summons skeletons that out range you, and bounce you back, and take at least 2 hits to kill, and he can make copies of himself that surround you and shoot at you at the same time. also he is a 5-8 minute boss fight.

When you boot this up you will be overwhelmed with nostalgia. game are easy for the first hour and a half until people get the one hit kill weapons and then you're done. free.

Voice acting is cute, and script is funny. 10/10 as you go through the game you see the artistic talent and creativity of the dev improve. 10/10 gameplay is easy, shallow, and lacks enemy variety. It's the bare minimum, but it works. 2.5/10 graphics are basic, but have a fun style to them. 6/10. overall good game that lacks great gameplay but has something that can't come from anything, or anyone else. for a free game it is nothing to scoff at. This game is probably an 8 but I gave it a 10 because everyone else did.
