The game was half-baked upon "release", but since then Kunos have invested a crazy amount of work in it, to the point where it's currently the best GT3 experience simracing has to offer.

Wrote a big review, but Metacritic failed to submit it and lost all of my text in the process. So I'll be short this time. Cons: 1. New graphics are less aesthetically pleasing, less consistent, and at times just flat out ugly. 2. Expect performance issues. 3. Dialogue has been changed, and it's strictly worse 4. Features are missing. 5. Menus are laggy and unintuitive. 6. Nothing is done to prepare newbies better for online play. 7. Uses single CPU core Pros: 1. Old graphics are still there. 2. The re-release will hopefully introduce many younger players to the game. I get it, times change and so should Blizzard... but you should still respect the people and games who made Blizzard what it is today. And this game is a slap in the face. It reminds me of Jay Wilson's twitter comment on David Brevik: **** that loser". The overall attitude here is the same. Played the prologue missions and couldn't stand it any more. If it was some other game that didn't have anything to do with Warcraft or Blizzard, I'd probably score it 7/10, and I'd probably finish the campaigns (assuming they're as good as WC3's). But as it currently stays, the only reasonable score I can give is a big, fat ZERO.

9/10, will race with Sebastian Lube and Sebastian Okay again! Seriously tho, the game is a blast. The rain looks and feels great, and it’s the best-controlling driving game I’ve played on Switch so far. I’d like to see more variety in the environment though — bridges, villages, more visually diverse trees, etc.

This is excellent and deserves more popularity! Looks and sounds great, the gameplay has a varied and engaging. Takes the “flappy bird” concept far and away, and has a “Mario Maker” with it.

The fact that the experience would have been better with analog triggers doesn't in any way diminish the product already have, nor does it magically prevent you from having fun. If you like cars, you'll enjoy the game -- that's a safe bet. I wonder how people played simcades in the SNES/PS1 times, duh! It's great to finally have a proper simcade on the switch, and the port itself is pretty darn good. -1 for the lack of Ferrari's and Porsche's.
