Marvel's Spider-Man 2

I finished beating Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and as a massive Spider-Man fan I was honestly let down. I’d give it a 6.8 out of 10. I know that I’m in a small minority that will feel this way, but so be it. I can’t believe that the same Devs who worked on this game also created the original game which was flawless IMO. Some Major Pros would be that I loved the MJ missions, New York is still an Incredibly Beautiful World, Peter and his slow decent into madness, the Side Missions were cool, the relationship between Miles and Hailey, the set pieces and cinematics were crazy EPIC, dope moments with alternate suits, awesome Easter Eggs and nods to said sequel, the Danikast was a great podcast just like it was in the prior game, loved being just Peter and the combat was Excellent. Major Cons would be that the main story was MID at best as it was lacking in many areas compared to the first game and it felt tedious towards the end, plot holes, certain Symbiotes come and go so quickly that it literally makes no sense at all, no real depth to caring about Harry besides what we know from the comics and etc, similar to Web of Shadows which in this instance was off-putting, apparently NY had ZERO Cops, SWAT & National Guard to combat Kraven and his obvious Hunters from terrorizing the City smh, very questionable choices relating to those who get killed, the Boss fights were either lacking or just pitifully designed; except for one major fight, Venom becoming Jeepers Creepers and lastly without writing a dissertation is that the JJJ podcasts were a sad joke compared to the comical ones that added tasteful background ambiance to the OG game. Either way it’s worth a playthrough and I’m very excited for said sequel in the future, but they need to go back to the drawing board to figure out what made the original game such a Masterpiece!

I love DioField Chronicle! I’ll first preface that I didn’t play the three biggest games of 2022 AKA Elden Ring, God of War Ragnarök and Horizon Forbidden West, so this was my favorite game of 2022. I bought it upon its release. I got the Platinum Trophy for it after almost 34hrs. The Real-Time Tactical Battle” (RTTB) is a blast. The upgrade system is very well done. A brilliant mechanic that they added is that you can Fast-Forward the combat speed. The game on Hard does get fairly easy halfway through the game. The story is what sold me the most TBH. It was Dark and Gritty and it felt like a Game of Thrones storyline. Graphics are solid for the type of game that it’s and the music/sound/voice acting is Amazing. The characters are all intriguing. I do wish that they had more cutscenes though because the few that they did have were very cool. The replayability wasn’t there prior to this new DLC where they now added a Very Hard Difficulty Mode. I’m currently playing the Waltaquin Redditch DLC that just dropped a little while ago, so it’s wonderful to be able to go back to the game that I love so much after a year, but the only thing that I dislike is the fact that they did not add any new trophies to the game. I hope that we see a sequel in the future because this game has so much potential as a franchise and as a new IP from Square Enix!

I love this game. People crying bc they **** at melee combat while not realizing that you’re supposed to utilize your environment and be strategic in combat. TCP has Massive potential for being a new IP. I just beat it after 15hrs on my Series X and it’s my GOTY pick! Amazing graphics. Atmosphere and Ambiance are unsettling AF. Sound and Lighting are superb! Solid combat mechanics once you master it. Decent story that sets up the core foundation. Cool weapons; especially the 3D printing aspect. I’d be ecstatic to see a more city setting in the sequel; similar to Dead Space 2, but with your own spin bc the prison setting was flawless! I’ll preface that the things I’d fix for the sequel though are more enemy variety. Different bosses. A few more melee weapons & a faster health injector. Incredible debut title. I can overlook the gripes and see the potential and know that I thoroughly enjoyed this game! Nobody who truly loves the Dead Space franchise can hate this game IMHO.

I got the game at 10am on Tuesday and I must say I love it. I beat the campaign and yes it was a tad short but I felt it was the best SP campaign since COD 4. I loved the conclusion. I've played spec ops and MP and I'm loving both of them. I have read and skimmed a few reviews on here and there ratings and its just stupid I must say. This is a great conclusion to a serious that started in 2007 for the modern warfare game franchise. There are people that are gonna hate if that's the case go and play BF3 then and stop crying...
