This game is utter trash. Its a fun idea ruined by alienating new players, rewarding pay to win, and confusing and bad game controls, mechanics UI and a waste of in game time doing nothing. The fun idea A large actively changing map where all three factions fight for total dominance of the planet. With 3 large maps, it fills a niche I've yet to experience and thought would be really fun. alienation This game's tutorial consists of showing you how to play a generic first person shooter then throws you into combat without knowing what objectives are, and how to interact with other players. Hell you don't even get taught about vehicles. This isn't a FPS with a campaign mode, if it did It wouldn't need to tell me a thing. But it does because without any nice tut, I am lost. pay to win striaght forward, pay money, get an advantage. Better armor, better weapons, more upgrades. This is what we call ignoring game balance. The devs obviously just wanted a quick dollar. In the long run they may have money, but I will never play a game from these people, and certainly not this one. CONFUSION Lets have 3 factions: red, blue and purple. Now let us make allies show up blue in the UI and enemies in red... So red team has blue allies who are red and blue enemies who are red. Orange and green and yellow also exist.. The best part is the spawning system. Instead of having variable induvidual spawn points within a base or outpost, everyone is spawned in safe buildings within those areas. In other words Prime spawn camping material. 2 tanks and a location is ready to spawn camp. Then reinforcements come and the defending side tries to poke their heads out and fire rockets hoping they don't die and can save their base. While the offensive are simply aiming at the doors hoping to react fast enough to shoot an enemy to death. Not like it matters, you can die inside a safe spawn anyhow or life for a moment outside of it. Then often times the spawn locations are hundreds, sometimes past a thousand Kilometers from any enemy location/combat region. This means(I kid you not) about 5-60 minutes of aimless or monotonous walking and running to actually start playing the game. Good thing is there is an orbital drop spawn! Sadly though, you only get to use it every 15 minutes or so. The UI is atrocious, nothing about it makes sense. The minimap only randomly shows you structures and enemies, its not clear at all what causes something to show up on the map. Often snipers or vehicles kill you before you hear, see or detect them on the minimap unless you are scouting ahead with a sniper rifle. menus are a joke. These devs seem to think words are a sin. I click on one of several icons without words. You have to hover over them for a few seconds to see what they are. By this time, you forget what one icon was and are constantly searching until you memorize everything. No clear objectives. While you see icons in the distance it isn't clear what you are supposed to do, what it does, or why you might want to go there. Good thing the game doesn't let you know you can't capture a point if it is land locked by enemy territory. Why that is a rule is beyond me. This game is nothing like real combat, its just a chaotic mess with no one telling anyone what to do, and the game certainly doesn't care to tell you what you should do. Waste of time Just plain and simple. When you spend more time traveling than you do fighting, you know you should be spending your time elsewhere. I was hoping to play a game, not walk it. If you have $100 you don't care about and no goals in life, this is the game for you. It will eat your time and money and make you feel right at home. However, like most people, I cherish both my time and money and my dignity. I won't be fooled by this puke garbage. This is the result of people who wanted money and had no passion at all and who have never played an FPS in their lives.

just doing my part as a responsible gamer to help further lower the score on this game and show the horribleness of the developers. Nothing about this game is good, nothing about the developers is good. Rude, money mongering jerks who insult their own players and then make them suffer in game.

The Maw7

The maw is a really simple yet satisfying game. This game reminds me of spyro in many ways. A short game, the Maw isn't something you should expect to play for hours on end. The game lacks finese in controls, and some parts are just up to chasing animals around until the monster blob finally catches them. Overall its a fun game, and at a low price is well worth it.

This game is forever evolving. And the developers have shown they can change and adapt well. As much as they player base changes and evolves the developers do as well. Some of the people who worked on the First DOTA game for WC3 are still working with Riot Games now, and have greatly improved their focus in design. Art team is extremely passionate and does their best as well both making new standards and updating the older work from when the company was very tiny. Voice acting is pretty spot on. They pull from the LA bunch so they have a good pool of VOs Unlike most games there is actually a player behavior TEAM. Negative player experiences are met with punishment while allowing for players to reform their behavior at the same time. The only dislike is perhaps the time it takes to get characters in game without spending obscene amounts of money or time. But if you like the game, that will come in time using in game currency. The game has a fairly hard learning curve, but of all the MOBAs it is perhaps the smallest one out there, with tons of player made guides and tips, there is plenty to get anyone started.

Halo 48

343i did well on Halo, they really did, but several things really held it back as an avid fan of the franchise. pros: solid controls solid weapons felt good to use great multiplayer(something we haven't seen since halo 3) amazing visuals gorgeous cutscenes cons: disappointing story. As a reader of the books, the end just absolutely made no sense and was the height of anti-climax. poor level design at times. It felt like the library all over again, just repetition with no clear next location uninspired spaces didn't always feel like Halo I knew, while others were amazing, there seemed to be a gap in cohesive design. Overall its a game that works out well. But if you don't care for multiplayer it would be a tough game to suggest to someone.

I've spend houndreds of hours on this addicting game. One of the few times a PC version is better than the console versions and that is the way it SHOULD be. Steam workshop makes this game have tons of extra fun. But on its own the game is worth your while. If you like a good story or combat system that has tons of choices this is it. It does have some flaws, and with the steamworkshop you can find other developers who agree with how you think the game should have been to fix what you think were poor balance choices. This makes for an almost ideal experience. Issues arise with strange glitches at times, however overall the sheer amount of things to do certainly outshines what annoyances you encounter. A must purchase for mature gamers with a sense of adventure.

This is a game that every music loving gamer should pick up. This is definitely an example of an indie game that did the best within the means the developers had. The game does a great job at making the music have a feel when the riders fly across the track. Controls are perfectly tight, and you have a choice between mouse, keyboard or xbox controller without any special tweaking of settings. Most people play the mono style which is simply dodge the gray blocks and grab the colored ones. THe one thing this game could have would be a more consistant level builder that made block grabbing a bit more interesting. Sometimes tracks will have a corkscrew in them which is fun, but only once per track on some tracks on some songs only. It would be great to have these show up more than once and even add in flips and other interesting track variations. While not perfect, the game is certainly worth the price you pay. It isn't complex, it isn't stressful like other indie rhythm games, its just right.

Zeno Clash5

Definitely a very poor game with a great idea and interesting story and characters. Nothing is quite so unique in what it tries to be than Zeno Clash. However sadly the implementation of the game is poor. Painfully bad voice acting, clunky controls and often there are battles that, while not difficult are just frustrating based on the tactics you have to use taking forever. There is one particularly long and unnecessary on rail shooting portion that was easy, but so long and boring I wanted to cry. The combat system IS fun, but the implementation does feel off. IF its on sale I'd say pick it up if you like the idea of a unique hand to hand combat system, otherwise pass this game over.

Cthulhu Saves the World10

This game is not your hardcore JRPG, it is nice simple and cleanly designed game. The game has witty and funny character interaction, and overall really worked for me. The only downside could perhaps be that the game has some really confusingly long dungeon layouts if you try to hunt down all the treasure which in itself is easy enough once you clear them. A good feature is that if you fight enough battles in an areas enemies won't randomly appear unless you start a fight manually making exploring much easier. The game is surprisingly ironic and hilarious, and it is very family friendly. It isn't a long game, but it will give you about an hour or two of play per Dollar you spend which is good considering its only a few dollars. Everyone should buy this game because its too much good gameplay for so little money.

This game is terrible, to sum it up. There are two options in this game:
1.watch a beautiful world unfold around you
2.button mash and get killed This game has some good potential, but it fell short. What really breaks it, is the controls and sheer number of things to do with a gun are a bit over the top. Using suit powers is just a frustrating joke, since doing so means stopping mid combat, and in this game you are easily hurt. What also makes it frustrating is that ammo is far too precious. When you have to pick up all the ammo you come across on normal difficulty, you know there is something wrong. In addition, when I did get ammo, you had to pick it up manually, as if you would deny yourself of ammo? Often this caused me the trouble of pick up a weapon I did not want and dropping the old one with all the ammo I had saved up. Whoever made this game's driving system needs to die. Never have I seen a car drive so poorly. Not only are you forced into 1st person driving, the steering is also rubbish. The steering is unresponsive and sluggish. I commend anyone who can get through anywhere at a decent speed without crashing. What really ended it, was the way they made the controls work. The way I see it, they could have combined several key strokes in a few places to save the player. In fact, some essential controls, weren't even mapped on the keyboard for default! In the end what ruins the game is the feeling that you are fighting your own body, more than the enemy. This game would be great if EA knew that crouch and crawl don't have to be 2 different buttons.
