I enjoyed Euphoria for most of its run, but the way it handled Ali in the final season ruined the ending for me. For years, he was portrayed as a man guided by faith, recovery, and compassion. Watching him abandon those values felt completely out of character and disrespectful. Ali was one of the few meaningful Muslim characters on the show, and seeing his development undone for shock value was disappointing. A tragic ending is one thing, but ignoring everything that made a character who he was is another. The series was good until that point, but Ali's ending left a bitter impression.
