A Plague Tale: Requiem9
Dec 17, 2022
After finishing it, it made me miserable (in a good way). As someone who has played Innocence, and also has a similar bond with a younger sibling, this has hit me right in the feels. The graphics are are really beautiful and the voice acting in general is great. However, Charlotte McBurney does a phenomenal, outstanding job voicing Amicia, especially in the last chapters. The gameplay isn't anything groundbreaking, i'd say is more of the first game but with slight upgrades/tweaks. After playing Innocence and Requiem, I'll definitely put Amicia in my the top 5 best female characters in gaming, along with Aloy and Ellie.

EA **** the bed once again. The passing it's still inaccurate (as it was in previous EA NHL games since '15), the shooting and the goaltending are still inconsistent (for some reason, 89 OVR players can't score on a 83 goalie, but a 82 defenseman can go from his side of the ice to the opponent's net and score on a slapshot, no matter what rating his slapshot skills are), the only way you see people online score on you is by using exploits by scoring consistently on the same spot over, and over, and over... And the ice-tilt IS real. 5th straight game that I've lost a game after leading 4-0 during the first 2 periods. Are you kidding me? Still, EA prefers to focus on HUT and "improving" gameplay tuners. The only way you can IMPROVE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE is by either actually make a new game instead of recycling the same bull crap since 2015, or by giving a refund to every one to spent their hard-earned money on this garbage. The only game that I get mad, instead of having actual fun. I've spent my money to get a fully working product, not some pre-alpha crap. Ridiculous.

NHL 170

I honestly want to know how this game got a 73/100. There are indie games that are MUCH BETTER than this recycled ****, honestly. Nothing in this game is new. - The "create-a-team" was already in previous NHL installments (I remember playing it back in 2008 in NHL 07), and in the NHL 2K series you could also customize your custom team's arena. - The "Be-A-Pro" is been the same since NHL 09. - The passing is atrocious (for some reason it looks worse online). You can't do a successful pass EVEN IF YOUR TEAMMATE IS LESS THAN 1 FEET AWAY FROM YOU. Get rid of the "pass" and "saucer pass" button and rename it all of that crap to "DUMP PUCK", because you can't make a successful pass in this game. The player just throws the puck at any direction. It's absolutely ridiculous how disgusting the passing is on this game. - Playing online means you're going to get matched with R1/RB spammers (the poke-check button) and you're connection will be **** (I've done 10 HUT games today, and I couldn't even do a pass without lagging). - The player overall doesn't matter. The only you'll notice a little difference is on their speed. I has completely pissed off when I saw that MY 99 CROSBY was slower than a SILVER 60 PLAYER FROM THE DËL LEAGUE, my regular Gold EVANDER KANE with 89 HANDEDNESS couldn't even deke pass a 70 overall player and that regular Gold KRONWALL got injured just because a player with 69 CHECKING just bumped him. It drives me nuts. This is what really grinds my gears. - The poke-check it's way overpowered. You always get matched with a poke-check spammer every online game you go to. It's almost impossible to have a good match without those kind of assh*les. - The Franchise mode isn't that exciting as shown on EA's trailer (as always). - The Goalie controls/animations need to be redone. They are a total mess. - The UI it's clean but it's very unresponsive. Every little thing you do, you need to wait for a couple of seconds. Remember when on last-gen you could go to you settings right away without having to wait? Good times. - The A.I. makes me sick. I lose the puck just because the an A.I. player passes next to me? Seriously? You got to be kidding me. - I just bought this 2 weeks ago and I already found a ton of bugs in this crap: A.I. just freezes in a random spot after the faceoff, some pucks that I shoot, for some reason, they hit the post and then they bounce back at like 200 MPH, i've already lost a game because I tried to do a cross-crease and my shooter just froze... - The soundtrack... thank you PlayStation for Spotify. I've been playing every NHL video game religiously since NHL 2001 and I can say that the last one that I enjoyed playing it was NHL 10. The rest is completely utter ****... and it gets worse every year, since EA is recycling their video games. Removing content that was available on older installments and releasing them as "new features". You should be making FUN games. The recent **** you've been releasing it's horrible! I got this on a sale and I gave only $10, but I regret it. Buy another stuff with your money because this crap isn't worth any of your money and time.

The Crew8
Aug 13, 2016
It's a good game and a great idea, huge map, really good customization, great list of vehicles, arcade gameplay... I've been playing The Crew since the beta and I noticed the graphic change that the game had after the release of the "Wild Run" DLC, but for me it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately there's a few negative aspects about the game. -There's various technical issues (I currently have an issue with textures not loading properly, which makes some Faction missions impossible for me to do and I also had some issues with my gamepad, but I managed to fix it); -The story missions are quite boring and repetitive; -The UI it's can be difficult to get used to; -Microtransactions; -Uplay. (Some people say that are having connection problems but, thankfully, I never had one.) But overall, it's a good game, if you're into racing games, and it's getting even better since the developers are still supporting the game and releasing new content. Definitely worth a try.

NHL Legacy Edition0
Mar 20, 2016
Even if it has more modes than NHL 16, NHL Legacy Edition is basically a SCAM. You pay $60 just for a roster/equipment update and authentic NHL schedule... seriously? Couldn't you at least change the menus and the HUT cards? This is disgusting. I'm going to be honest, EA did tweak the gameplay and added the 3-on-3 OT and hybrid icing, but that doesn't justify $60 that you have to spend on this. This is basically another version of NHL 14 with a different name and updated roster. I doubt that EA is going to keep updating the game by adding new equipment and roster updates, but if that doesn't happen, I refuse to buy another NHL video game. This is ridiculous. Fortunately, I bought this "game" during a sale for half the price, but that doesn't make it any better. Pros: - Has all the modes everybody loves; - It's a NHL video game for last-gen consoles. Cons: - This is basically NHL 14 with updated rosters. Screw EA and this game, I'll stick with NHL09 for PC with mods and NHL 01 for PS1, which are games MUCH BETTER than all the trash that EA has been selling since 2014. If I were you, I would buy a PS1/PS2 and play the old NHL classics instead of this trash. It's not even worth 1 dollar.
