Repeat with me: CHECKPOINTS DON'T BELONG IN PC GAMES. If you want that **** in your console, that's ok, but when I have to do the same thing 3 times, or I have to reload the chapter because you set the next checkpoint and there's no way back, then I'm never buying any of your games again. What a waste, since the game looks good. Some companies really need to go to dev school and revisit the basics.

Checkpoints just kill it. What the ****, guys? You are id. Have you no shame? Third time I had to repeat the same **** again because I was trying to explore and died in some idiot jump (worse controls than any previous game, BTW), I just uninstalled. How the mighty have fallen.

When will Blizz learn that taking a game we loved, adding a spark of make up, a ton of bugs, and removing functionality that existed in the base game (e.g., LAN support) is a losing proposition?. Blizz is a corpse, has been since Acti bought them, and this is just another putrid offering from them. Avoid. Get your old DVD and play that. It's better. It's like they are actively trying to make everything worse with each new game. Shame on you, Blizz.

They added a resolution fix, a couple of textures and a load of achievements, and they completely removed proper LAN support. Way to go!. Another kick in the nuts for AoE fans after AoEO.

Origin, DRM that won't let you play this as a single player game and a complete lack of saving and reloading makes this POS rather unworthy of the name SimCity. FU, and F your online checks, EA.

It could have been great after so many years, but Blizzard just wants to fleece us: destroying single player and LAN play, and forcing everybody to play online so we spend money in their Auction House just destroys the game, however good it can be. Shame on you, Blizzard.

Origin, content removed to make gamers pay even more from the game, multiplayer that affects your single player ending, absolutely **** ending. This game is the poster boy of how EA has sunk the mighty Bioware. Wait until you get a 90% discount if you want to finish the trilogy. Avoid like the plague otherwise.

Should have been in the game, as many of the conversations included are integral of it, whatever the EA/Bioware drones say. EA just removed it from the main game, most (all?) of it is even in the disk and can be unlocked touching a couple of files or using a crack.

Fantastic little game, great production values, incredible BSO, pretty all around, nice story. Played 20 hours on this, best 15 euros spent on videogames this year. Those idiots giving the game negative ratings without even reviewing it to explain why have probably never even played the game.

I have bought every Age of xx game there have been up to now. This is not one. This is a sad sad farmvillized clone perpetrated by the suits of Microsoft that tries to dime and nickle you into boredom. Don't bother, there are so much better RTSs out there. I just wish they hadn't pissed all over the name of this once great franchise.

Exactly what I expected. DN already was a joke (although a much better one) when they were more or less up to par technically, and their problem was that they thought they were funny and the only funny in their game was lifted from Army of Darkness. DNF is a disaster of atomic proportions. In 2003 perhaps it could have been a decent game. Today?. They should have never released it. I look forward to George Broussard's next disaster in 15 or 20 years. Heh, and to think that he had the nerve to criticize games from other developers all these years. I can still play Elite Force and is 100 times the game DNF is, despite being released in 2000. No wonder Scott Miller left. What I don't know is how it took him that long.

Multiplayer without LAN support, and a slightly less horrible version of a horrible and useless DRM system that only customers have to suffer through. Minuscule progress, but not enough, Ubi.

This game is a **** piece of art (look here, Mr. Ebert). It continuosly surprises you and pushes the limits, it's full of humor, the production values are outstanding. At a normal pace and looking around, it took me 9 hours to finish it. The coop is also excellent, I haven't finished it yet and I've played 4 hours already. Given today's standard length for games, that's very good, especially thinking that there's no filling here. Every single minute is excellent. The first thing I did when I finished the game was start again. This is game of the year, probably game of the decade. Any user that gives this less than a 9 because they didn't get to play it days earlier, or because Valve somehow put a gun in their heads and forced them to play some of the best indies out there at a fantastic price, is a **** IDIOT that should sell his or her computer, and never play a game again. Write down their names, and never ever again read whatever drivel they have to say. They have no soul. Stop reading this already and go buy the game. It's THAT good.

Not up to standards set by previous games in the series. What is worse, we lose LAN support and instead get the same POS facebook clone that came with Hot Pursuit. Enough social BS, EA, we want good games. Last EA game I buy, especially since offending moderators in their forums with bad words like d*v*l will now ban you from your own games.

Again, EA and Criterion show how much they care about PC gamers: no DLC, no LAN support, and only another **** facebook clone to show for it. Sorry, EA, you're the ones making us not buy your games. And don't BS us with the piracy excuse, your support is just abysmal.

12 years and all we get is the same game, with better but not current graphics, and a lot of features removed: fundamentally LAN support and spawn CD, which are what made StarCraft and Blizzard what they are today. Thanks, Blizz, but I won't buy the game when all you're interested in is me signing in into your facebook clone and giving you my RL details. Shame on you.
