The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild10
Mar 6, 2017
How games are supposed to be made. It's huge, it's fun, it's classic. There's so much to explore and do it's pretty overwhelming at times. Playstation and Xbox users are going to troll the reviews because it isn't Call of Duty at 60 fps with toddlers screaming at you online every 10 seconds, but that's just fine. It's an excellent game combining loads of elements from past games into one massive world. Great stuff.

No Man's Sky0

So this is what it's like to flush your hard-earned money down the toilet. This should just be labeled a walking simulator because there's really not much else going on. Within 50 hours or so you've accomplished everything and then it's just repetitive junk. Gazillions of planets!!! That are the same just reskinned. Blehk.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds10

You can ignore the angsty negative reviews on here. This game is beautifully done with a lot going on. Fantastic addition to the series. Yet another in a long line of games that are must haves for the 3DS.

PokePark 2: Wonders Beyond10
Jan 9, 2016
Spent roughly 10 hours on this the other day with my godson. While the controls are pretty horrific, there's plenty of gaming to be had and the level of difficulty isn't too bad so kids can get into it and enjoy it. Unlocking the multiplayer mini-games is a must. Surprisingly fun title if you can get past the crappy controls.

Pokemon Picross10
Jan 9, 2016
As far as Picross goes, you can't go wrong with Pokemon Picross on the 3DS. Plenty of puzzles and gaming to be had. The micro-purchases end up giving you the full experience with over 700 Pokemon and plenty of room for expansion.

Forget all the negative reviews from the Call of Duty rejects who couldn't beat the first few bosses. This is old school gaming at it's finest. The developers could have put a million hours into the game by making it a long and tedious adventure with a story getting to each boss, but instead they've given you just the meat and potatoes. The only complaints are coming from teen-angsty kiddies who know nothing about real gaming.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe10
Jun 5, 2015
This game looks absolutely amazing on the New 3DS. Kirby is Kirby and the gameplay is solid throughout. I noticed things started to get progressively more difficult around the 30%+ point. Very enjoyable Kirby title and highly recommended.

SteamWorld Dig10
Jun 5, 2015
This game surprised the heck out of me. For people complaining that "all you do is dig", it pretty much says so right in the title, Steamworld Dig. Uh, duhdoy? It's not Steamworld Call of Duty or Steamworld Final Fantasy. You are going to dig and explore and figure out puzzles and level up your tools and do more digging. Love it.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star10

Fans of the Paper Mario series won't be disappointed. Yet another fine entry and it looks amazing on the New 3DS. It's not Super Paper Mario or Thousand Year Door, nor does it pretend to be. It's a new entry in the series and quite enjoyable. Recommended for anyone who has played all the others.
