I've tried to play this game through a few times now. The first attempt at a play through started fairly well and I was enjoying the game, but at some point I found the levelling system very boring and it turned into on big grind that I really didn't care to finish. All of my following attempts to finish the game ended the same way, I couldn't be bothered to finish it due to lack of engaging gameplay. There was clearly a lot of work that went into the game I can tell, even if some of the lead developers walk around wearing BG3 cosplay armour(as though that's not cringe). I can understand that fans of Dungeons & Dragons may really love this game, but I think it's quite a niche thing in my opinion.

What is this? It's not fun or engaging. I probably played for less than 2 hours before I got bored and uninstalled it.

Alan Wake II: Night Springs Expansion0

I played this game through a cloud gaming service with the most extreme settings so I can't really comment on or complain about the performance, but this expansion is really short. Each of the 3 sections of the expansion provide little over an hour of gameplay, and they consist of basically the same sort of monotonous gameplay that plagues the base game as soon as 'The Dark Place' is reached. I found very mild enjoyment in the first of the 3 sections of the expansion, but the rest of it made for an irritating experience. The ending to this expansion is probably the worst that I personally have ever witnessed in a video game. I have to say that it was not really worth the £15 I paid for it.
